The worst McDonalds in the world. 45 minutes to wait for take away. They take your number off the board so head office doesn’t see the stats. There is no service at all. The manager is absolutely rude and says “I don’t care.” Machines beeping like crazy. They would not pass their food safety visit from the health inspector.

I know, it’s McDonald’s and standards are already very low. But this has to be one of the worst in existence.
Here’s what’s up. When the order taker doesn’t hear me right and puts the wrong customization on it, The ticket prints out and that sandwich is made before it can be corrected. That needs to be fixed. I can see on the screen what modification was made and it’s a guarantee that when this happens, you’ll get the wrong one.
The only reason this place gets a star at all is my dude in the pay window with glasses and a raspy voice. He’s a real one.

We ordered 3 drinks, and 2 cookies, at 7:00 and it took 33 minutes for us to get our drinks, we ended up going through the drive through because it got us our food faster, but they need more staff on weekends because it took so long for anyone to get their order

I agree with the people saying this is the worst McDonalds. It’s definitely gone downhill. Being close to campus, there are frequent events that cause it to be packed; that’s not what i’m talking about. Even when it’s empty, i’ve gone in to see more employees than customers and i still can’t get my order right.

The sign says “try the grinch meal” and they don’t have the grinch meal. The McDonald’s on Park St has never failed me like this. I went to the McDonald’s on Park st after this shit. They were nice enough to refund my money when I cancelled my order so you can have two extra stars.

The window attendant this morning was confrontational and extremely unprofessional. He said his name was Brandon, though I’m not sure that’s accurate. He’s a short Hispanic male who wears a blue button-up shirt and is usually stationed at the front counter or pick-up window.
I normally give service workers the benefit of the doubt—they’re often overworked and underpaid—but this individual has been consistently rude in past visits and has also gotten my orders wrong before due to what seems like a lack of care.
Today I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles. I was given two McGriddles without cheese. Simple mistakes happen, and I wasn’t upset about that. The problem was how he handled it. When I asked if the order could be corrected, he became aggressive, confrontational and insisted it was my fault. He even claimed he had repeated the order back to me when I ordered—something he absolutely did not do. I come to this location often, and when this employee is on drive-thru, the only thing he ever says is “what else” in a dismissive tone, often forgetting items and acting annoyed.
This employee needs proper customer-service training.

I get it. I’ve worked in fast food before. There’s short staffing, poor pay and work conditions. And I don’t completely understand McDonald’s priority order system. But I order ONE item on the kiosk… About 15 minutes go by… NOTHING. Some older gentleman goes up to the front, gets a significant amount of food, and gets it all before mine. It wasn’t even that busy, for a McDonald’s at this location, plus there was a manager (I think) there, so you’d think it’d go faster. Food was alright, and the smaller older woman who was mopping the floors is amazing too. You get bonus points for her.

worst fast food place I’ve ever been to by far. food takes too lobg to get prepared, unsanitary dining area, most of the kiosks dont work, the food doesn’t taste the best… the list goes on. every time I have gone, there has been problems. for some reason the people at the register either speak only Spanish or call out the wrong number. they also always forget to give you the sauce and the drinks that you pay for.

When I pulled up to the drive thru, I was asked immediately what I wanted four times in a span of less than ninety seconds. It was rude, I asked to look at the menu, and they asked again. Impatient and unreasonable service, uncalled for rudeness when they extraneously added a side of mayo to the menu board. I’ve worked drive thru. The impatience drove me away from this business and it was so unnecessary.

Ordered breakfast a iced coffee and meal. Took over 6 min to start coffee. And another 5 min to get food. They had no other orders going. Very disappointed. Dont show up at 4am if you have to work early. They will make you late to work.
