Allow me tell you why this is my favorite T bell in Billings, MT. The management and hiring of outstanding employees. I needed to put a shout out to Aurora for her help and poise today. My order had been incorrect. I asked if she could make me another crunch wrap supreme.

They were extremely busy and rushing through orders. She was cooking and came up to the register to help her coworker out who appeared a bit flustered by my request. I offered Aurora a $20 tip for her trouble. She was obviously going out her way to keep this customer happy. And I appreciated her not showing any open resentment. (630 pm they’re slammed).

She declined my $20. I call that integrity, a rare quality. I just wanted to honor her for it.

Great customer service. We walked in , we were greeted immediately and they took our order without having to go to the stupid kiosk. Very clean and nice. Food was served fast also.

Wow! New renovation and still slow slow slow. Just called to find out why one car is at order box for 10 mins with window rolled up. Thought he fell asleep. Nope. I was told that they were just trying to get caught up and he just got there to help. It was him and one other person working. That’s pretty sad nobody wants to work at this store . My customer better not give me a bad rating for this Taco bells slow service!
Sorry to say but this is a very bad Management program related to this store. We used to be able to come in for deliveries but we can’t do that anymore… I’m giving this place absolutely negative 10 Stars it’s better for them that we wait 35 minutes in line for an order that is already been paid for this is on them this one should be closed up!
Update: Well, management does not care about reviews… It is still the absolute WORST Taco Bell in Billings, MT . They should get classes from The Heights and Shiloh restaurants! Those two have it figured out! It’s not that hard to organize a good team! Maybe some positive work environment!?!! Cause this store needs to not hate their jobs so much!

Let me paint the scene. My friend and I walked into Taco Bell craving Grilled Cheese Burritos — simple, innocent, hopeful. Little did I know I was walking straight into culinary betrayal.

My friend receives his burrito first. It is majestic. A warm, golden monument of cheese and ambition. Practically glowing. Then they hand me mine… a sad, shrunken little tortilla-roll that looked like it had given up on life. I’ve seen cough drops bigger than this thing.

Trying to be reasonable, I take it to the counter. I explain — kindly — that my burrito looks like it was made by someone who was mad at me personally. They nod, say they’ll remake it… and hand me another burrito that is EVEN SMALLER. I was stunned. Shocked. Spiritually wounded.

Then, as if the universe itself wanted to test my patience, the employee smirks at me and says:

“You like they big and girthy huh, chump?”

At that moment, time froze. I felt my soul leave my body, look back at me, and shake its head.

This wasn’t customer service — it was psychological warfare. Gastronomic disrespect. A burrito-based insult to my very existence.

I left hungry, confused, and questioning everything I once believed about Taco Bell. Please, for the love of all things cheesy, go literally anywhere else.

This has to be a bad joke. Steak dipping burritos for $5.99 and together they were smaller than my palm. Im 5’3 for reference. My hands are tiny. I ate one in 2 bites. The circumference was the size of my thumb nail and had maybe 4 peices of steak in it? Wth.

My chicken chalupas were very hard and not fresh….I called the store and they made me fresh ones. My mom’s nacho bell grande had absolutely no ground beef in it at all, won’t be back for along time

An employee at this location swapped my debit card for a gift card during checkout. This is fraud. I had to cancel my card and spend time dealing with my bank afterward. Completely unacceptable and made me feel very unsafe. Be extremely cautious if you use a card here.

I have to say, I am not a fan of waiting 33 minutes for food. It was already getting late and we saw a person who was there waiting before we got there, they got their order after ours, despite the fact that they ordered a single item! I also saw how slow the workers are. No sense of urgency. The food tastes good but the burritos seem to have shrunken in the last few years, and increased in price. The sauce packets contain so much less sauce than they did a few years ago. Much less meat in the tacos than before— same story: less product and/or lower quality, higher prices.

Love the clean new look. New technology is always nice, however customers should still be greeted when they come it. Some may not understand or want to use the self order system. We were not greeted until our food was ready, several minutes after ordering

Chalupas were stale and cold to the touch, Mountain Dew had no syrup, fiesta potato’s were stale and the hard shell beef taco was cold. All the employees were running around frantically as if it was a rush, I was the only car in the drive-through so I’m really not sure why there couldn’t have been at least a little bit more effort into the food. I would’ve loved to go back and get a refund, but of course I also wasn’t given my receipt. I cannot wait for the grand location to reopen because having to drive to this one is just trash.
