The Chikfila was practically empty, just a couple customers and they made me wait 20 minutes for 2 happy meals. I’ve never had to wait so long for my food. When they brought it out the chicken was greasy, not crispy.

I went there with my kids on a Monday. The food takes for ever to go out. The place is super dirty, they gome me my order wrong I went to complain and thye just said ok what did you wanted? I told them the grill chicken sandwich was missing they give me grill chicken nuggets instead; that they were disgusting all burn, they guy told me to just throw them in the trash; but he still charged me for the sandwich.. worst chick fil a.

My 12-year-old daughter and I stopped for lunch here last Saturday while spending some much-needed time together. It’s been a difficult few weeks—I’m recovering from a major, life-saving surgery—and this little outing meant a lot to both of us.
We had a Chick-fil-A gift card, but when we tried to use it, it wouldn’t go through. It turned out that I had accidentally transferred the balance to the mobile app instead of keeping it on the card. The owner/operator, Scott, and the lady behind the counter (I wish I had caught her name!) were incredibly kind, patient, and gracious as we tried to sort things out. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out and that our visit was pleasant.
In a week that had been filled with stress and recovery, their small act of kindness really meant a lot. My daughter and I left not only with great food but with hearts encouraged. Thank you, Scott, and the whole Chick-fil-A Plymouth Meeting Mall team—you reminded us how much simple kindness can brighten someone’s day.

Its not a usual location of Chick-Fil-A, located inside Plymouth meeting shopping mall. I had a hard time to locate the store. Finally I asked a mall staff and he helped me get there. Service quality was average. Ordering was ok but had to wait for food longer than usual. And when time came I had to remind them about my drinks! Inside shop sitting was not great at it wasn’t very clean. Trash area was overflowing! I don’t know if this was normal here!

This Chick-fil-A is located inside the mall and is a short walk from my office. I am a regular due to limited quick and quality options by my office. I rarely wait a significant amount of time. They have always got my order right. They smile and greet me. Honestly, not sure how deep I should go for a chain, but want to express my happiness with “my” Chick-fil-A. Enjoy!

Very unhappy with this location. I love Chick Fil A and it’s one of my favorite places to eat, but I often DoorDash my meals for convenience. My order is always wrong and missing items. See the photo attached! I ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich meal and it came with a medium fry. I’m missing the fruit cup I ordered. The kids meal didn’t come with a prize. There’s supposed to be 6 Chick-fil-A sauces, I only got 2. And the 3 cheese sauces are completely missing…. How can you mess up this much? Very disappointed.
