Myself and my extended family were in about 1 weeks ago. Our server, Charles was outstanding. We were a party of 9 and he took excellent care of us. The food was good and the service outstanding. He saw to our every need and was always around If we needed him.

We recently visited Red Robin to celebrate our children’s birthday and we were left with mixed feelings about our experience. As parents, we appreciate the effort that goes into making a restaurant family-friendly and welcoming, and Red Robin definitely delivered on that front with the balloons at the entrance. The kids loved them and it instantly set a celebratory mood.

However, as soon as we were seated, we noticed that our table was sticky. To make matters worse, the table was too small to accommodate our group, and we had to put two tables together ourselves as no staff member offered assistance. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering the occasion.

On a positive note, we were seated rather quickly upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took quite a while for a server to come to our table to take our drink orders. Service seemed to improve slightly after that, as our food arrived in a timely manner.

Our meal consisted of a variety of dishes, including kids’ corn dogs, kids’ pizza, a blue cheese burger, fish and chips, a southwestern chicken burger, and a chicken tender salad. The food wasn’t bad per se, but it wasn’t particularly good either. My medium burger was served well-done, which was disappointing. The other dishes were average at best, leaving us with an underwhelming dining experience.

In conclusion, Red Robin provided a mixed experience for our kids’ birthday meal. The welcoming atmosphere and balloons at the entrance were a nice touch, but the sticky table, lack of assistance, and inconsistent service detracted from our overall enjoyment. The food, while not terrible, left something to be desired. As a family-friendly restaurant, there’s definitely room for improvement. We give Red Robin a 3-star rating and hope our next visit will be a better experience.

Would give it one star but the food was actually pretty good.
Our server literally took our order and I never saw her again. We literally had to flag servers down from other tables to get anything. She didnt check to see if our food came out OK, if we needed refills or boxes , nothing ! Like she vanished for like 30-45 minutes ! Then we saw her tending to her other tables and walking past us serval times without saying anything! We paid our bill with the tablet . Then finally when we could get someone’s attention for refils , they say we cant because we already paid the bill! Terrible , terrible service. Kayla (I think thats her name , only talked to her twice) was the worst ! Absolute worse , like it only takes 10 seconds to say “you guys doing ok?” . She literally abandoned us for the larger table , which she probably thought she would get bigger tip from! I wish my dad didnt tip her but he’s nicer than I am because she really didnt deserve it. Even the manager had pitiful service. The two hostess should wait tables because they had the best service ! Layla and the other lady were awesome.

I really enjoyed my experience here last night! We were greeted and had the door held open for us. The front desk staff and hostesses were so nice and friendly. Our waiter Brian was new and in training, but he was in good hands with Lexi. They were both so professional, courteous and attentive. The restaurant was clean and we received our food fast. The Manager came over to the table to introduce us and ask us how our experience was. Which was so refreshing. The experience was very pleasant throughout the entire evening. I will definitely be back.

Such a love/hate relationship with this place. We have been to this location 4-5 times and most of the time it’s pretty good. However, today we tried to go for lunch and the restaurant’s system went down. Not sure what they have a computer system for, but we decided to leave. Place has so much potential, but I feel as though it’s being squandered by incompetence at the upper levels. I’ll never give up on Red Robin

Wish I could give negative stars. My family of four came here and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. It took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks, and the manager had to step in because our server disappeared.

When our burgers finally came out, the kids’ meals were missing because our server never put them in. We had to wait another 15 minutes for their food. The manager apologized for the mistake, but that was about it.

For almost $80, it definitely wasn’t worth it. If you want a good burger and better service, go to Five Guys instead.

My husband was very excited to go to Red Robin for Veterans Day and get his free meal. We knew there was going to be a wait, so we walked around and waited about 15 min past the est. time. Once we got to our seat, a server took a little bit to come over, asked for my husbands ID, rudely, then took about 15 min to get our drinks. She forgot straws, didn’t grab a kids menu for our toddler and was very very slow. We ended up being there for 2 full hours and more than half the time we were just waiting to be served on. She would go to the tables around us and not even look our way. When we were checking out.. again on Veterans Day… she didn’t say a word. Gave us our check to sign and not a thank you for stopping in, and not anything towards to husband for his service. I understand it was a busy day, but there were also 7 empty tables around us. My husband was extremely excited to go to Red Robin, it was a must. And we left irritated, disrespected and rudely served.

Despite the food being below sub par the waitress was great! She was very attentive and personable during our stay. Food wasn’t hot and there were barely any fries on any of our plates. Only the Onion Ring tower was hot and worth eating. It was a Wednesday night and barely busy. Super disappointed in my experience with this Red Robin location.

The place was basically empty and yet it was still a 20+ minute wait when we got there…with no one waiting in front of us. Apparently there is ALWAYS at least a 20 minute wait no matter what the circumstances. We got a pager and went and did some quick shopping so the location is nice for the wait time.

Food was good and as expected. Waitress was not wearing a mask which even if she was vaccinated with the numbers being what they are right now (this was Christmas weekend) I think that was not acceptable. I don’t eat out a ton so I didn’t think about it till after our food was delivered so I just let it be but it bugged me. The people that delivered our food were wearing masks.

Food came after a reasonable wait time and we had plenty of drink refills so that was great.

Now for the bathroom – It was reasonably clean and one of the stalls had toilet seat covers the other was out. There was no place to hang my purse so I had to hang it from the toilet paper dispenser box (awkward…see photos). Touchless paper towels and garbage can close enough to the door so washing hands and opening exit door were touchless. Good job RR.

I would pee here again.

Follow me for places I’ve been and places I’ve gone .

The only redeeming feature of red Robin was that the burgers were tasty. Whoever is running the kitchen is doing great. Our server was absent, irritable, and haughty. When I complained about my margarita tasting (and feeling) like a virgin drink, he stormed off mid-sentence and loudly complained to the manager, who came over to our table (not by my request). The manager insisted I must’ve just not tasted the alcohol in the drink because it’s so smooth. I’m an alcohol feather weight and even the weakest margaritas have me tipsy by halfway through. The manager then offered to cover the cost of our appetizer, which was strange since it was the margarita that was a problem.

Overall it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I don’t think I’ll be back.
