The last few visits were awesome. But tonight we didn’t get a chance to eat. It was a little busy and we were expecting a little wait. We were seated immediately which was great. But as we waited to be greeted by our waitress which never came two other groups walked an they were greeted immediately by their waitress. So we waited another five minutes and no one came so we left. Very disappointed cause I had a taste for Chilis

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s Grill & Bar in Zachary ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. The food came out hot and fresh, and our drinks were always refilled on time without us even having to ask. You can really tell the team here cares about their customers and providing great service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Walked in to try this place and apparently entered a self-guided tour. No hostess, no staff, no sign, no clue. We stood there for a bit wondering if we were supposed to seat ourselves, summon someone, or just unlock a new level of patience. Sadly couldn’t review the food since we never made it past the front entrance. Hopefully the service inside is more present than the welcome was.

Terrible experience at the Chili’s in Zachary. We waited over 15 minutes and not a single person came to our table with the exception of the hostess to seat us (which was very timely) but after that? Not even a waitress or waiter for water. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, and the service was completely nonexistent for us.. We finally just got up and left. I’ve been in food service most of my career and thought that I needed to go speak to the manager just to inform her so that she can maybe make improvements for the restaurant. After having a very brief conversation with her, I definitely won’t be coming back. There is an evident lack of management experience, and I don’t expect to see any changes. We would’ve spent somewhere in the neighborhood of around $60. That’s what we usually do spend at a restaurant For two people. Surely, I can’t be the only one that has had the same experience.

Wonderful service from the time we walked in until the time we left. We were seated quickly, our server was awesome, another employee brought chips/salsa to our table & was very nice, the food was really good & they accommodated my substitution request to my dish’s sides. All food was cooked & presented perfectly. My husband was disappointed that they don’t serve chilli anymore, but still many other yummy dishes to choose from! We will definitely go back.

Arrived this evening at approximately 4:40. Was told by the hostess it would be a 10-15 minute wait because all of their servers were at capacity. Not a problem. I’m not entirely sure if they were short-staffed or what.

When we were able to be sat is when the problem began. We sat there perusing the menus (1 regular, 2 kids menus) and not one single server came up to us in the 15 minutes we sat there. I have two hungry children, so we decided to leave.

I am sympathetic to short-staff issues. I am not sympathetic to no greeting, no “hey, I’ll be with you in a few minutes”. The only person who did anything was the hostess who I feel awful for as I don’t think I was the only one who walked out.

Took my grandson to this establishment for his birthday. First, the restaurant was clean from the entrance to the restroom. Secondly, the young man that greeted us upon entrance was very pleasant and even assisted us with service after being seated (I’ll explain later). Next, the food was prepared as expected and to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the wait to be serviced was long due to being short of employees, thus the greeter had to assist our server. Fourth, the server was pleasant and did her best to address our needs but it was obvious she was assigned to too many tables and most had groups of five or more people. Finally, I am giving the restaurant a four star rating only because of the unusual long wait, but as stated above, the establishment was clean, the employees were great, and the food was good. And yes, we left a tip to reflect a five star visit.

I was really disappointed by what I witnessed at this Chili’s. The general manager, Cheyenne, was extremely rude and unprofessional toward her employees. I personally saw her yelling at staff and speaking to them in a very disrespectful way. It felt demeaning, especially considering these are grown adults being talked to like children.

The employees looked miserable, and it created a very uncomfortable and toxic atmosphere for both staff and customers. Chili’s is supposed to be a fun, positive place to work and dine, but that was not the environment here at all. Management sets the tone, and unfortunately this behavior reflects very poorly on the location.

I truly hope upper management addresses this, because no employee deserves to be treated that way, and it definitely impacts the overall experience. I don’t want her to lose her job but things need to change for the better. Maybe she can talk to her employees better and not like they are in prison or a high school
