My wife and I went here last night for date night and had the best time. Tyler was our server and was absolutely amazing! We had only been one other time for an event before and he took the time to explain the menu with us, had us laughing the whole time and helped us pick the best wine and drinks we have had and took a photo for us! 10/10 would recommend going here. Food and service was perfect!

Very bad experience.. went for a birthday dinner with friends and family and just had the most horrid time. The place is so loud and had zero good ambience . Unless loud and not being able to hear the waiter confirm your order is the vibe you are going for. The wait time was 15 minutes despite having a reservation and Cooper’s Hawk asking if you are on the way and if you’ll make it on time. I reached the restaurant on time but they didn’t have the table ready which i frankly expected. On to the food and drinks, horrible to decent might be rating to go. I would not say anything was good that made an impact on your palate. Margaritas were served in beer glasses and the second margarita I tried was served with little to absolutely no tequila in it. I could only taste the fruit soda. The dirty martini had blue cheese that had gone stale , to their credit they did remove it from the check. The steak was requested medium rare and it over done bordering on medium to medium well. The roasted carrots and beans were swimming in oil. Sad part – they left the fries too close to the oil and steak that the fries were soggy. The risotto tasted good with the exception of the sun-dried tomatoes that felt like eating rubber. I’d recommend staying away from this restaurant if you are looking for ambiance, good food and a bartender who knows how to make a drink and use the correct glass for the drinks. For gods sake – the old fashioned was served with Maraschino cherry without cocktail pick , had to dig the cherry out with a damn fork. Finally this place costs you about 50$ per person and it’s worth about 20$. This is just my personal totally disappointing experience especially for a birthday dinner!

My husband and I went here for a nice Valentines Day dinner. We made reservations and even though we were running a bit late they still had our table ready for us when we arrived. The staff was attentive and took great care of us. They answered all our questions about the menu and helped us substitute exactly what we wanted. I ordered Dana’s parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and grilled broccoli. My husband ordered the classic burger with white cheese and fries. We did not order any drinks this time but we will definitely be back to try their wine samplers. Our bill was $59 with tip. I have not enjoyed a meal as much as I did at Coopers Hawk in a very long time.

It’s everything you want in a restaurant. Great sound decible level, nice music selection and friendly atmosphere. Delicious wines and great bottle service. Some of the appetizers could use some improvements. For example the fried calamari had mushy batter and was almost sliding off of the product. Some pieces were literally stuck together and seemed to be undercooked. The end result was undercooked, rubbery breading. It was too soft and no crispy crunch. The western flavor egg rolls werent very crispy in texture but good flavor. I did enjoy the Chocolate Marsoncone treat but The desserts could be expanded but smaller? Maybe a dessert tour and add a fresh peach or fresh apple one paired with various wines? The chocolates, wines and trinkets for sale was really cute! I’ll be back but I hope you expand the dessert menu and work on the crispy deep fried items!

Kristen was great, kept my glass filled with water. We arrived on a Saturday at 4:15, ordered right away. We were finished eating at 4:55! Wow.
I had the Soy Ginger Salmon and it was delicious, flaky and moist.

Food and Service was good, but there are so many better places for experience and being treated. The place can be like last night very busy, but what they do not honor is reservation timelines. We came in about 10 minutes before our assigned time and I was greeted with a rude host staff, very tall individual that was not very nice to me. Its been years since we were here, we use to be members. While I love our server and we moved to bar, because we scheduled a time for dinner that you agreed to, but clearly was not going to honor. Leaving the back door open in the cold makes the bar cold, that is a simple fix if you truly cared. I do not think this place cares about our experience and why I won’t be back for years. Old Montgomery area is so better, highly recommend Kitchen Social their food is way better and the staff treats you like a guest. Popularity is why Cooper’s Hawk can be rude. All I was doing was looking at my phone for a second when I was told to move on. I blame it squarely on the very tall host staffer and I know my server was given a great tip, because our server is a very good and saved us from walking out and going to the 101 Kitchen which is also a better place to have a dinner food quality and staff treatment. I also think CH needs to change its opentable dollar signs to three, $5 for a soda is outrageous and $47 for tiny steak is also crazy.

Cooper’s Hawk is a great place for girls night! We each started with the sangria flight. So fun to try all the flavors and pick our favorite. And for dinner we all had appetizers but the charcuterie board stole the show. Deb took great care of us and we can’t wait to Go again for our next girls night

We’ve dined at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant many times and were even wine club members at one point, but this visit truly stood out as one of our best experiences there.
The food was excellent (pictured), but what really made the night special was our server, Tyler. He was absolutely at the top of his game—exceptional knowledge of both the wine and the menu, spot-on recommendations, and flawless timing throughout the meal.
Beyond that, Tyler’s personality, stories, and ability to genuinely connect on a personal level elevated the entire evening. It felt less like “great service” and more like a memorable experience. We’ll be asking for him again without hesitation.

If you want a Bloody Mary apparently you have to specify “Coopers Hawk Bloody Mary” or you get this for only $1 less. We were asked how we would like our eggs and they weren’t cooked that way. The brisket has was in a pool of grease. The lady seating people had an attitude

Wine tasting was primarily overpriced cheap wine taste very vinegar. The higher end products taste appropriate! My group complain about having to stand to wait for people who were there more to socialize. It seems as if people were treating it as bar than a wine tasting. Once we acquired our spot to taste; we had to stand for wine tasting. Our same glass was used for each wine tasting. There was no rinsing any of the previous sediment from the previous wine tasting. There was no water acquired until 3 tasting. So there was no cleansing of the palate for wine tasting. It was disappointing that this was not a true wine tasting just a gimmick. The restaurant side the bread was received but not enough room for the oversized menu, plates, utilizes, plates, glasses and wine. I found the restaurant food seem good but it seems chaotic. The prices did not match the menu prices: we were over charge for the meal. I would not recommend this place as it seem deceitful.
