If i could give this place a zero I would. I ordered on the app, but i had never done it not in drive thru before so I asked if I had did it right. The manager behind the counter walked off without saying anything, another manager came up said “what do you want?” I said the same thing, I just wanted to be sure I did it right. He asked my name at least but again walked off without saying anything. We had two meals. I ordered the oreo shamrock mcflurry, the photo looked so good. It came to me un-mixed. As in the oreo crumbles on top and the shamrock syrup on top of that. I went back in (we were eating in the car) and asked them if they could mix it. It felt like they were clueless. One manager took it, went behind the wall, talked to another manager about it, but at least I could hear it going. Then another crew member handed it to me. It wasnt fully mixed as i had to finish it, but it was at least better. Just felt like I was a hassle to them the entire time. I will NEVER be back to this one.

Horrible service. No employee at the register. Customers have to wait for someone to show up just to place or pick up an order. Staff seemed to ignore the lobby entirely, including pickup drivers. The manager (Hispanic male) was very rude and came across as noticeably unhappy.

Came to pick up my order through drive through, it was pretty quiet for a Thursday, the person on the intercom says “what do you want?”, I said I had a drive through order and the lady handing the food didn’t even mention wether or not I should wait a bit more if this was the entire order in the bag just closed the window and walked away… what a strange McDonald’s

We have frequented this location multiple times. The drive-thru is usually a good experience, but the same cannot be said about the dine-in (lobby) experience. There is almost never an employee at the register. There is also a large wall that blocks the view to the back area. It feels like the employees ignore the lobby and primarily focus on the drive-thru. You can stand there waiting for 5-10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Even when someone finally comes to the front it feels like they are dismissive or perhaps annoyed. Just a general poor customer service experience. You might as well go through the drive-thru, then bring your food inside the restaurant. It will be 10x faster and you won’t be ignored.

I love McDonald’s food but the service/employees are terrible. I’ve been coming here for years and 3/4 of the time there’s always a problem with my order. I’ve been cussed at by staff and told by the manager that I can’t get my money refunded when I’ve been overcharged. If I didn’t love the food so much or had another McDonald’s close by, I definitely wouldn’t come back.

I’m not paying $8.00 for a Big Mac that was .50 cents in 1980. Also has lost 40% of its size. All these fast food places are ripping us off.

It was cold and they delivered curbside.. thank you . The food was delicious. More expensive than lakewood by almost 2.00 but everything closer to Seattle is mo r e expensive than down south

I’ve only used the drive-thru at this location, but they’re typically pretty quick. Food is always fresh & hot. & I never have an issue communicating with the person over the speaker. Thanks guys.
