Avoid Helena Wendys location. This place has gone down hill. My family went through the drive thru. Our chicken sandwiches were given to us cold. The tomatoes on the sandwiches were spoiled/very mushy. The sandwiches didnt taste right, money wasted. The management at this location need to be better about food safety. If management is reading this I strongly encourage you to check your freezers. This is unacceptable. I got sick after eating here.
After looking at other reviews, my family is not the only customers that have noticed a change in the quality of food. Absolutely disgusting.

Usually the food is edible, but today we were given cold chicken that didn’t even melt the cheese a little bit, and that had a weird yellow discoloration.

Went through the drive-thru today.. wanted a barbecue sauce.. Wendy’s now charges $0.50 per sauce if you don’t order nuggets.. so I handed them my card because I already paid for my order.. I was charged for two sauces but only given one.. I asked judy, the drive-through cashier why.. she said that Wendy’s does that now to help had their inventory they’ll charge an extra sauce and hoping that the customers don’t notice.. she also said if you noticed your drinks are over filled with ice to save on Pop.. and they try to avoid giving you your receipt so there’s less customers doing the surveys to save money on their next order.. so basically you have to order your drink with little ice, make sure you ask for your receipt, and if you order sauce make sure you’re getting what you paid for. And this again is coming directly from Judy the drive-thru cashier at Wendy’s

We came in at 940 to eat. There are no signs of when the dinning room is shut down. Judging by the glaring looks from Zachar and the manager im assuming it is 1000. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food, order was not correct and the heat was shutdown when we were still eating. I understand wanting to leave at a certain time but the staff should have given us some notice. We wanted a bag so we could take our food and 3 different people walked by and didnt even acknowledge us. We didnt want to order more food just take our incomplete and cold food home. It was also a nice touch to start spraying tables and the manager shutting the TV off while we were still eating.

Went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. Neither of the people at the windows said a SINGLE word to us. Just handed us the receipt and bags and shut the windows. Isn’t part of the food industry good customer service? At the bare minimum tell us to have a good night ?!?

I echo everyone else on this place. Unfortunately this is the norm for ALL places in Helena and 98% of the places in Montana. If you want to eat out you better get a plane ticket. Next to fail will be Jersey Mikes because the employees flat out don’t care in Montana.
