I ordered two cheeseburgers with extra pickle and extra onion trying to get enough pickle and onion for one sandwich. It has been ridiculous trying to get enough toppings. Look at the picture. They’re not even a quarter teaspoon of onions combined on both sandwiches. Corporate seems to be ordering all of the McDonald’s to do this. It’s ridiculous. It also took 13 minutes to get two cheeseburgers. That’s all I ordered.

Do not eat here. Don’t even stop here for the restroom. Foul. There must have been 25 flies in the dining room. All the tables were dirty. And worst of all there was feces all over the floor of the men’s room. The worst bathroom I’ve been in since boot camp.

My wife went through the drive through tonight around 7. Was very busy but the crew was professional. I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce and it was probably the best Big Mac I’ve ever had. Keep up the great job and have a blessed holiday season.

The reviews are right about missing stuff. And the weird thing is it’s super random. The fish sandwich add lettuce? All good. The double cheeseburger ordered as is? Missing onions and mustard. It’s almost like they kinda just put on whatever and hope it’s right if it’s not listed in the order?

I needed to use my points b4 they expired, I wanted a fish sandwich and the doors were locked. If your only going to have drive thru open be considerate and posted online. Nor there was not even a sign on the door. I guess people are right about their post. Don’t even bother coming to McDonald’s Midway.

I have friends who won’t eat McDonald’s, but I’m personally a fan of a cheeseburger, those oh so delicious fries, and a half sweet tea. However, if this McDonald’s was what they base their feelings on, I agree. It was terrible. The tea tasted moldy. The fries seemed like they were cooked, got cold and cooked again. They were terrible. The cheeseburger was okay. I did a mobile order and it still took forever to get my order when I came to pick up. Thankfully I know to tell the ap I’m ‘already there’ well before I get there or else who knows how long it would have taken to get my order. I love McDonald’s, especially when traveling as this was the situation today, but unfortunately this one was a let down.

We ordered food at the drive thru.
Burgers, Big Mac, and fries were cold. The 3 pieces of cheese on the double cheeseburger.(I added extra cheese) Wouldn’t even melt. Fries were soggy and salty.
The ice cream machine was working so the cone we got was cold like the rest of our food.

I would love to share what this McDonald’s was like to visit. Unfortunately, at 5:30 pm it had a drive through line out the parking lot and all of the doors were locked. So, my step-dauggter had an accident in her pants because we couldn’t get to the restroom and because we were parked the only way we could have gotten food would have been to turn out onto the highway and circle back around.
Save yourself the hassle and either use the one out Newtown Pike in Lexington or in Frankfort. This one isn’t worth your time.

Took about 12 minutes to get 3 happy meals and a bacon mcdouble. There were 5 people standing around and the general manager brought food to counter and called order number. Another location that didnt do table service.
