Very bad experience today.

There is currently a deal on the McDonald’s app valid until November 30 that gives one free medium fries per day. I use it often without any issue. Today, while ordering at the self-service kiosk, I selected the “free fries” deal and everything looked fine. But right before paying, the deal DISAPPEARED from my order for no reason. As a result, it was no longer on the receipt.

I immediately went to speak with the manager to explain what happened. I forgot to ask for her name, but she was wearing a headset with a microphone (probably for drive-thru orders), she is short and wears glasses. Instead of trying to understand or help, she just kept repeating that “it’s not on the receipt.” No effort, no listening, no customer service.

I even showed her the deal directly on my phone and a photo proving I had selected it on the kiosk. She still refused to help me.

In the end, I had to pay for fries that I should not have had to pay for. It is not right that the customer has to suffer because of a technical issue. What bothered me the most wasn’t the machine problem, but the manager’s attitude: unhelpful, cold, and unprofessional.

Very disappointed. Customer service seriously needs improvement.

Ordered my meal over app, took them over 10 minutes to find my order. Once I got it was missing my fries, got home opened up my burgers and all wrong not the way I placed the order. Called to speak to someone about it to correct it, got yelled at by management saying I need to bring in my receipt as I’m trying to explain it was a mobile order. While I’m telling the manager to calm down she goes on to say you calm down we are all just laughing at you. At this point I decided $10 dollars ain’t worth my time with this. Never again going to this McDonald’s RUDE ALL AROUND!!!

I ordered on the app, and my order wouldn’t show up. I went inside to see if i could get help with it and the lady i interacted with completely berated me. she rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and talked over me so i couldn’t explain fully. i stayed calm and she still was insisting she would not help me or at least fulfill the order. i showed her my receipt and tried to be patient but she was so mean it drove me to tears. i ended up just leaving because maybe she had a bad day or something but she was so mean.. i didn’t get my food or my money back and at that point i was also embarrassed so i just went back to work since my lunch break was also ending. I understand the app has problems which is why i didnt mind asking for help but i have never been met with the unprovoked disrespect i was met with today. i tried to be patient at least and this lady was just evil. this interaction was just defeating and inconclusive. When she grabbed a kids meal bag and shoved it toward me with a bellowing “SEE! THIS IS THE ONLY ORDER I HAVE AND IM NOT GIVING YOU THE FOOD SO MAYBE JUST GO TO THE OTHER MCDONALDS” I was speechless. Especially because I hadn’t shown any disrespect for her to be that angry off rip. I thought to asl for a manager but this lady looked to be a manager herself from her attire. So thats why I just left. This was unforgettable and i may just delete my account. I dont know her name, but she was a shorter hispanic lady wearing jeans and a cropped white sweater over her shirt with black stripes on it. Hopefully no one else has to experience her like I did. Terrible service, put an order in for one drink for curbside waited over 10 minutes still didn’t get anything so went through drive thru to see if I could just pick up my drink through there because it’s shouldn’t take 10+ minutes for one drink and they told me that’s not how that works if it’s a curbside order. I understand that’s not normally how it works but if the order was brought out in a timely manner I wouldn’t have to go through and ask for it.

The worst one in town. The kid at the window gave the wrong food 3 different times. After I looked in the bags without leaving The window to say they were wrong. He was taking them back and putting them to be served. Sorry for shine who got food I dig threw first

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been multiple times and they get your order wrong every single time. Last time I went in, they had me bring in my $30 order that was missing a sandwich to go through it after I stood there being ignored for five minutes waiting to be helped. After I brought my order in, they wanted to argue with me that I wasn’t missing a sandwich bc I had the wrong sandwich. None of them can read and they’re rude and argumentative. Not worth the time I wasted waiting for my food OR getting it fixed.

I got a meal delivered from the Hamilton location for me and my boyfriend, which was a Big Mac meal with no onions and chicken McNuggets. They delivered the meal but the Big Mac was no pickles and still had onions in it, didn’t give us any straws and one of the drinks was half empty. Do better McDonald

Rudest lady in the drive thru ever. Got mad because I asked for ketchup then yelled at me for not holding the bag open well enough for her to slam it in my bag. And this was the manager. If she treats her customers like this I’d hate to be one of her employees. This was the last straw for Me and McDonald’s. Between prices and attitude I’m done.
