I came through today and ordered my meal and a Coke. When I went through the drive through she said “ and here is your Diet Coke” I said “I ordered a regular coke” and she replied “it says Diet Coke “. I said “but I said Coke “. Then another lady who was leaning in said “sir it says Diet Coke “ and I said “ I don’t care what it says. I absolutely ordered a regular coke “. The Second lady said “if you pull forward I’ll bring it out to you.”. The machine is right there like every other McDonalds. I waited because I wanted it but threw it away because I figured the only reason they didn’t just make it was so they could mess with it. How unnecessary can you possibly be? The cost of fast food has skyrocketed while the service has also. Unfortunately, in the wrong direction.

Crazy. Had to pull in to reserved parking to wait on drinks . Then brought out one drink but not the other. Ugh. So had to wait on that. Apparently they need new management or more help.

Came though this morning for coke and a sausage biscuit. They ddtn have coke Soni got a Dr pepper. Paid , and when I pulled up to the window they asked me to pull forward and wait. There was nowhere to wait as in 2 people were side by side in front of me waiting and every waiting spot was full. I decided to just eat the small loss, take my unwanted Dr pepper and leave. I haven’t been to this place in a couple years . It was a very similar situation then.
Maybe it’s time to get someone different to run the place as it’s been bad for years. Don’t worry about discrimination and find someone new

Wish I could give NO stars. I ordered a large fry NOT half of a cold old large fry. I paid for a large not a small. I also order an iced coffee not a light colored flavorless iced coffee. Every time I come here they are out of something or the food is nasty cold and old. I keep trying in hopes it got better but no. Definitely will never spend another dollar at this location. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. You’re just wasting your hard earned money on trash food that you won’t eat because it’s cold and old. I spent $15.00 and couldn’t eat the french fries or drink my drink.

Workers are slow to work, the food wait time even without a line is almost 5 minutes at the window. The orders, even when only ordering one (1) meal, it is guaranteed to be wrong.
Items are missing, food will be missing, and burgers will come without the meat (yes this has happened on more than one occasion).
We ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, got home, and the meal didn’t have the nuggets in it.

You get food faster at el Vallarta and Han you do at this location. Doesn’t matter what’s ordered, busy or dead, you still about to be asked to park in the waiting spot. Pretty sure it’s so that their time per order stays good. Why would you do it and have someone walk out in a rainstorm and when zero people are in the drive thru.

Ordered a Carmel iced coffee and this is what I got. Has no Carmel in it and it just straight coffee and ice. We had to wait 30 minutes for this.
