Wendys is usually pretty reliable for a decent burger or sandwich to get by, but I have stopped here twice in the last month and both times were terrible. Literally order just a sandwich and it was wrong both times. The second visit, the bread was stale and disgusting. I know this is definitely a case of the specific location being poorly operated.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s. The manger was yelling in the drive thru at his employees and interrupted me 3 times while I was trying to place my order, burger was literally freezing cold with my large fries pretty much entirely empty and cold and couldn’t even fill my large drink all the way up. Couldn’t even give me a receipt for feedback so I guess this is how it’s gotta be done. Never going back here if this is the quality of service and food at your peak business hours.

Great spot to stop for a quick bite through the drive through. There were quite a few cars in the drive thru but the line moved pretty quickly. Our food was hot and fresh l and everything we ordered was in the bag. Spicy nuggets and were spicy for sure. French fries were cooked well and the chicken sandwich and hamburger was good as well. Prices were good for the food quality.

Popped off the interstate to eat on a 15hr leg. Got to the fast food chain around 6:30pm Ordered a Son Of a Baconator combo. The sandwich was cold. Keep in mind the lobby was empty and maybe a car or two in the driveway. I usually don’t complain but I was already hangry and they were slow. I told them my burger was cold and asked them to please remake it. The new cashier told a young woman working the drive through and she rolled her eyes. 5 minutes later, I get the remake, open it up and it’s a Dave’s single. Handed it back, told them what I ordered. More glares among themselves like they don’t know what time it is. A young lady finally told me she was going to make it and did. She was the most pleasant of about 5 others milling about. No offer to give me fresh fries because of course mine got cold waiting. Never again. Do better. There was also to much ketchup on both. Messy, wiped most of the condiments off with paper towels and threw most of the bread away. Quiet pit stop to stretch was the most pleasant thing about the whole place.

Who ever the girl is working the window on satuday 11/8/25 at at 1:38pm does not need to be dealing with people. She is extremely rude and the food was just thrown in the bag fries and nuggets all over the place. Would get better customer service at the shell gas station up the hill getting a hot dog off one of the rollers. There is a reason yall have a 3.9 on google. Its not my fault you hate your job. The food itself was not that bad. The servers are making yall look bad.

Given the wrong order initially then thought I was given the correct order only to have 2 items missing and was told I’d have to return to get replacement or refund. People at the drive thru acted like they didn’t want to be there. Poor customer service. Will not be back!

The pub fries were hot but the pub cheese wasn’t good. It tasted really blah!!
Not a huge fan! The bacon was overcooked and burnt! The shredded cheese wasn’t all that great either. I will not order this again! It’s not worth $3.95!
The customer service was horrible! I guess the drive thru girl was on break, she didn’t do much but take the order, walked away and stood in the counter drinking soda. I sat there waiting to pay for my order. Another employee came over and cashes out my order. I placed two orders.
Pub fries then $5 biggie bag for my daughter. Crispy chicken sandwich was good, order was correct, 4 nuggets and fries soda. Worth the $5.**…This was 11pm at night. A slow night for Wendy’s. It’s usually super busy. But I guess the employees were just hanging out with nothing to do bc it did show. Food peers wise! Do better employees!! The pub fries could have been alot better imp!! So disappointed …
