The drinks are great. Service was the worst ever. I ordered a danish with my drinks, which didn’t arrive until 10 minutes after my hot pastry was given to me. I asked the manager if they could provide a hot danish for me with my cold drink, and she just rolled her eyes and threw the danish to the side. This store is understaffed for the traffic that comes through here. If I could give the store a -5 I would. I usually don’t waste my time with horrible service/venues but this must be noted.

Love the new brown sugar strato Frappuccino, but no matter what Starbucks I go to, they don’t know how to make it. I went as far as driving to a different location to purchase ANOTHER drink to see if they’d do it right, but NO. Same drink, different locations and they taste nothing like the frap. Very dissatisfied. Wasted almost $40 on coffee that I didn’t like and didn’t drink.

Charged me for a cup of water during the hot summer and they didn’t even want to give a homeless person a cup of water they said “it was policy “ to have to pay for a cup of water….during the summer in 90+ degree weather…. And to top things off they didn’t give me my water till ten minutes later I had to remind them to give me my water which I paid for was I had to take the bus to go to work.

Started coming to this starbucks more frequently since working from home and the young lady in the drive thru is absolutely amazing. She’s cheery without being too extra and remembers who you are and what you order. And I only get in there maybe 3x a week. Today I got a special message and it was really appreciated. Customer service excellence!!

Veronica was super sweet, patient, and efficient. I did not feel rushed when giving my order and she even suggested hot sauce that I should try. I would not have known about it otherwise. She genuinely made me feel comfortable and has excellent customer service skills.

Today I placed an order online at 8:30am said it would be ready by 8:36am got there at 8:40am and she asks me you just ordered right before I answered she tells me its impossible for a drink to be ready in a minute. I just let it go because I didn’t want them to spit in my drink lol. Anyways get my drink and it says PATIENT’S IS KEY but I guess she messes up daily because she gave me a spinach wrap by accident of course I went around and told her about her mistake and also the smart ass written on my cup. She was embarrassed and said to keep the wrap I didn’t want it so I told her throw it away then.

It’s really annoying as a costumer having to repeat your order AND name at least 3 times. Keep in mind my drink is very simple I don’t add pumps of this or that. If you aren’t going to listen the first time just wait until you’re not Pre occupied. I was initially talking to a lady on 5/14/25 @ 6:30 drive thru window and when I told the lady I wasn’t going to repeat my order nor name because I already said it a guy RUDELY comes on the speaker and says “we just wanna make sure we got your order right” yeah right just say you weren’t listening to begin with. Smh
