This was likely our favorite restaurant in Puerto Viejo. The staff were so attentive and polite. The food was excellent! We got the pad Thai tofu which was excellent and the green curry with mahi mahi which was also excellent. We will definitely be back.

Andrew Bacon (the owner) is so amazing at what he does! He catered our wedding and each course was thoughtfully curated, and so delicious, our entire group couldn’t decide what we loved the most because everything was so amazing! He helped us coordinate in the area as well as providing the food which shows how much he cares and how he went above and beyond for us! I would give him 10 stars if I could! Go try his restaurant and the sushi! It’s amazing! As well as the braised beef!! Thanks Andrew we will definitely be back!!!

Delicious food and an awesome experience. Located practically on the beach, Chili Rojo was our favorite place to eat in Puerto Viejo — we spent a week there and never ate the same place twice. This one stood out. Definitely recommend! (Especially the Asian ribs)

The best holiday turkey dinner I have had on the Caribbean coast. Stuffing and gravy were top notch and the warm purple cabbage salad was delicious. Reasonably priced compared to other touristy holiday offerings and well worth it. Friendly management stopped to chat for a minute too. Great spot to watch the action of Puerto Viejo.
