Absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location!
The service is consistently fast, friendly, and genuinely caring every time I visit. The team always greets you with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure your order is perfect. The restaurant is clean, the staff is professional, and even during busy times they move the line quickly and efficiently.
My food is always fresh, hot, and accurate. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, but Chick-fil-A continues to set the standard.

By far the worst chic fil an experience of my life. We ordered catering for a baby shower, and when a friend came to pick it up (about 15 min past the stated time), she was ignored. The food came out almost 30 minutes later.
We called to get a refund, understanding things happen that can cause delays. We were told that since we were “late” to pick up the order, the delay was our fault. But when I spoke to the catering manager and asked about a policy for how quickly orders needed to be picked up, she said that she couldn’t find it anywhere.
This isn’t the level of service I expect from a chic fil a. I suggest ordering catering from somewhere else if you want to use it .

Chick-fil-A never disappoints—I’m there for the grilled chicken nuggets, but I stay for the exceptional people. Special shout-out to Giana, who truly saved my day by letting me use her cell phone when I realized I’d left mine in my colleague’s car. OK, so if you reviewed my profile, you know that I’ve been to nearly every Chick-fil-A probably in the DFW metroplex and. What I love the most about this one is the presentation and how thoughtful they are of their employees. I love Chick-fil-A‘s that have covered awnings for when the elements are in effect .They have a second pay station. Should it get busy and as always, the service is friendly the food is good and the wait time is minimal if not existent.

The food was up to standard; just wish the service was too. It is obvious the person at window is irritated and during my wait for my food, I overheard employees talking about guests in a rude manner. I work food industry too so I try and be understanding, but hiring high school bullies is not a good look for CFA.

Always love coming to Chick-fil-A! The food is fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is always so polite. Even when it’s busy, everything runs smoothly. My go-to order is the spicy deluxe sandwich with waffle fries – always hits the spot! And their peach milkshake? So creamy and refreshing – it’s my absolute favorite whenever it’s in season!

I spent an additional $5 to add bacon and sausage into my breakfast burrito and explicitly asked for no hash browns. And asked at the register if the burrito is correct and said yes. When I got home the burrito had not protein other than egg and hash brown. CFA used to be good, but they will most likely get your order wrong and care more about speed than quality. Incredibly disappointed.

Walked in Christmas Eve about 3pm. Immediately upon walking in we get a sense that we are not welcome there. Anyway, we order food and towards the end of the meal a young dark headed lady with glasses comes to our table to tell us that they close at 4pm and we need to leave soon. I understand it’s Christmas Eve but the way she told us was very rude and not friendly at all. It was 10 min till 4pm and I don’t understand why she had to come up then and tell us that when we still had time to finish our meal. Idk Chic fil A has always been friendly and respectful but this is the first time we got treated with disrespect. I should have got her name and told her it was rude what she did but I blew it off. Her wearing the long sleeve blue uniform tells me she is a shift leader or supervisor. I am very disappointing in our visit. If she didn’t wanna be there Christmas Eve she should have take off work or not come in and have a bad attitude and treat customers rude.
