Unacceptable quality of food! I am 100% certain the amount of beef on this sandwich is not what it is supposed to be! This is ridiculous and it’s my fault I keep trying thinking it will get better but it hasn’t. It doesn’t matter if it’s a roast beef or ham and Swiss they look like they’ve been run over by a truck and there’s never enough meat on the sandwiches. You have lost my business for good. This last meal was $25-$30 and not worth two cents.

This is absolutely the worst Arby’s I have ever been too. Between the wait on food and the customer service from staff. It is 100% the worst place to order food from either the staff is mad that you’re ordering and they actually have to work or they are just flat lazy. I love Arby’s but do not recommend using this specific one if the owners knew what really happened there they would prob fire all staff and hire new. Or the owners don’t care and allow it to go on. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Spend your money somewhere else or go to a different Arby’s.

Employees were great, nice and welcoming, food sucked horribly. $20 for a sandwich and burnt fries.. no thanks. Friend with me ordered the Philly cheese steak item… It looked like canned dog food.

I almost never leave 1-star reviews, but this Arby’s location has consistently disappointed. The drive through often takes 20-30 minutes to get through. After experiencing this at least 3 times, tonight I decided to go inside to order takeout. I stood at the counter for a solid two minutes before anyone even noticed I was there, and they only noticed because I coughed obnoxiously. They looked up and saw me, didn’t acknowledge my presence, and kept me waiting for another 3 minutes before finally taking my order. Had they said something like “Welcome to Arby’s, we’ll be with you in a minute”, I’d have been fine. The manager was there in the front too.

OMG!!!
We waiting the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes and when we did give our order they said move forward there we waited I know 10-15 minutes. I had enough so I left and went to BK.
We weren’t the only ones leaving there was several cars that let.
I feel if they want to continue to stay in business they had better get help. I will never go to the Sidney Arby’s again.

This restaurant is very dirty and outdated. Music was blaring loud. We got 2 regular roast beef sandwiches and asked for lettuce and tomatoes. When I checked the receipt, I saw that he added $2 per sandwich for this!! What?! For a sprinkle of wilty lettuce and 2 thin slices of tomato. He was on his phone while we were ordering at the counter. I questioned the upcharge and was told, yeah, that’s what we charge. Never again, this will be my last visit to this location. When I googled it, it says they generally do not charge extra for lettuce or tomatoes. Hmmmm…..

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to get the absolute worst looking sandwich I’ve ever had from an arbys. I got a turkey Ruben with next to no turkey or sauerkraut on top of very soggy bread. My husband had about half a slice of turkey on his sandwich. I can’t believe they are charging money for this
