What a terrible experience. Prices are up, service and food quality is way down, especially here. Have not been to Wendys for a few years and after today wont ever go back. Never. Fries were horrible, probably under a heat lamp or just sitting on the counter. Hamburger was warm, sure not fresh. I wouldn’t have given this food to my dog. Absolutely horrible. You pay a premium and should expect good hot quality food. This is one of the Wendys they should close down. The kid who waited on us had no customer service skills at all. He was pretty bad. This was just plain horrible customer service and food. Wendys — never ever again. What a dump. This was around 2:30 PM.

I order classic chicken combo and when I got my order , I asked for hot sauce and here was the big surprise when they said, we charge for that! First time I hear a restaurant charge for hot sauce. Never come back good bye.

Came straight home after ordering and my frosty was melted. Not a little melted, it was completely liquid. The attached photo shows what a “large” fry gets you: barely filled. Their pop machine is one of those with all the combination possibilities, so all the soda tastes like some other flavor. I ordered a Coke, and this doesn’t taste like Coke. Finally, my burger is drenched in ketchup. Gross…
I wasn’t offered a receipt, and in hindsight I should have asked for one so I could get my money back. I’m incredibly disappointed by this visit. Probably won’t be back after this visit.
UPDATE: I gave this location about 6 months before returning. I got half way through my frosty and found a disgusting hair.
UPDATE: Google maps prompted me to update my review, so here you go: this location is still messing up orders. Literally my first time back in months, and they got my order wrong and didn’t pack a juice box for my kid. So now no one is happy. Boo! Hiss! IDK why I keep coming back. I guess I assume after long breaks that there must be improvements. Nope! Come visit this review for another update in 6-12 months because I’m apparently not smart enough to just STAY AWAY!

Got the pineapple frosty, and a krabby patty burger. Bald old guy set my food on the counter and made the frosty very lazily, didn’t mix it, and syrup and ice cream dripping down the cup. had no lid, and he sloppily put one on there. got all on my hand, was annoying.
other workers in the back acting very unprofessional. had a very disappointing experience, won’t be coming back.

Didn’t have to wait in the drive thru too long. The cashier at the window seemed new. Had to have the manager help her out. Never got a receipt. When I ordered a Frosty-ccino I wasn’t asked what flavor I wanted.
The food was standard Wendy’s. Good food at a great price. I would like to note that whoever cooked and assembled the jr bacon cheeseburger did an excellent job!
It’s not often that a fast food burger looks as good as the ads for it. The tomato slice was slightly smaller than the bun and perfectly centered. The lettuce, beef and cheese were layered just right. The amount of mayo was balanced so that it added a little background flavor but did not overwhelm the others. This was the best Jr Bacon Cheeseburger I think I have ever had. Kudos!

Spent 12.48 for a medium chicken classic combo which was way over priced. What I got wasn’t even close as the pictures show. The fries were cold and only 1/2 of the container was full. The next time I want a chicken sandwich, I’ll to Chik-Fil-A or a proper restaurant.

The Only issue i had was the lack of communication and the time to get my food. I was told to pull up as my order was being made fresh. I was happy I was going to be receiving a fresh meal. Then 3,4,5 then 10 minutes go by so I walk inside and say I hey just want to make sure I’m not forgotten. Some lady reluctantly acknowledged me said yeah they know they’ll be out soon. then another 3,4,5 then 10 minutes go by and at this point I had enough. Finally waved and yelled at the dude at the drive through then my food was brough out after waiting 20 minutes.. If I had been updated or told “hey its going to be a few more minutes.” everything would’ve been fine! Food was fresh and was fantastic but i would hope since I waited 20+ minutes..
