Food was good as usual. Employees could have been a little more friendly, but it’s night shift, I get it. The manager tonight though didn’t need to holler at the employee doing dishes, “poorly” as he put it, and make her go home because of that. Based on how defeated she looked, wasn’t the first time. I get labor might be high, but you shouldn’t do that in front of other employees or where customers can hear from the lobby.

As an avid taco bell lover, i just couldn’t not write a review about this place. They forgot my drink for my mobile order, and it took a good while for them to come back to the counter so i could get my drink. the food was also almost burnt and inedible instead of grilled. I still ate most of it before heading on my way but definitely never going back to this one.

The night shift cant seem to make the most basic things and constantly mess my orders up, when I add lettuce to an item id assume they would be able to do such a simple thing but you’d be surprised. Normally I just shrug it off cause mistakes happen but this is a constant thing when I visit here at night. Day shift is amazing though

Missing items and the food was poorly prepared. The beef nachos had just crumbs for chips and we didn’t even finish them as they tasted like they were spoiled or had some chemical taste. Needless to say, somone became sick from just two bites and threw them away. We emailed customer service and was given a 5 dollar coupon for our troubles. The coupon doesn’t even cover the cost of the items we didn’t receive. Just a bad experience all around.

Taco bell in Nixa, mo was terrible! 1st time they messed up my order in drive thru. Last week I went inside waited 35 minutes for food was lied to by the manager he said they were working on my order, I watched more orders go out I asked for my money back and left with no food.

Don’t even bother pulling during regular hours. Line so long that the people who parked the cars to eat inside couldn’t pull out of their parking spaces due to cars being wrapped around the building. I suggest going late or early.

I haven’t been in awhile. Stopped going just shortly after the remodel and the requirement to use the kiosk to order. Heaven forbid you need to ask staff for a water glass. They will ignore you for as long as they can. Portions have gotten very small and prices have increased considerably.

I entered the drive through around 11 o’clock.I didn’t get my food until eleven twenty three and my order was incorrectly made. The order taker did a good job of putting the order in correctly but it was made wrong. Tried to call the store as the line is forever long and the doors are locked. The phone rang several times and went to a busy signal. I’ve already stopped frequenting this location that I used to come to daily because of increase in prices and the inability to get my order correct.

This Taco Bell was horrible last night. Right when I opened my loaded beef nachos there was some kind of flying insect on one of the chips. The beans in the burrito were old and hard. The supreme crunchy taco was so soggy on the bottom it fell apart. You would think they could at least drain the meat a little before they slop it on. And we waited a while so we thought we were getting fresh food. But the food from this location has never been fresh.
