Service: they get very busy so it’s always better to get on the waitlist earlier. Their price is definitely more up there compared to other Thai restaurants in Bay Area.
Ambiance: vibey and cozy. Small party are more suitable.
Unfortunately, the dining environment was a major letdown. There were flies everywhere — even inside my drinking cup — and the table was sticky. The utensils wasn’t clean either. While the food is good, the lack of cleanliness makes it hard to fully enjoy the experience. If that doesn’t bother you, the food is worth a try.
I was expecting spice from all the dishes, but received little to no spiciness.
The pork rice did not have enough garlic and basil. It just tasted like ground pork rice.
The calamari was the best dish here, interesting shape, sufficient crunch, and tender.
But to be honest, I’m a little disappointed. The food was too salty, and because it was too salty, I cannot tell the food is delicious.
Thai restaurants are everywhere, and it’s almost impossible to eat bad Thai food !
Papaya salad : $14.19
A little bit sour and fish sauce too heavy
Pad see you w / beef : average $19.75
Crispy calamari: great , light crispy $ 15.55
Pork belly : $26 but too salty
Service is friendly !
The Tom Yum soup was the standout, it was very delicious! It was savory, and aromatic — a perfect starter. The Pad Prik Moo Krob delivered great texture with crispy pork and a spicy‑tangy sauce. The non‑spicy Pad Thai with chicken was mild and comforting: noodles were tender, sauce lightly sweet, and the chicken was cooked through — great if you want no heat.
Service was friendly and the place felt casual and relaxed.
Would recommend for anyone craving reliable Thai classics.
