Asked for no sauce on my fries and was told it would take too much time to separate my ribs from my fries. I came a long way to eat there even highly recommended them to the person with me. I didn’t order due to the facts thats horrible customer service even had and horrible attitude when she said it. I won’t be back ever.

This experience was much better than before. Ordered Lg.tip add a link. I went on a Sunday slightly before noon. The cashier was very friendly and respectful! It’s a bit pricey, but this time it was worth it! I believe it’s a different sauce now, but it’s good. Will i return, Most definitely!

Did an online order before I left work, that way I can just grab it and go. Soon as I get home i opened my food the 1st thing I noticed was ONLY 1 slice of bread. I ordered a small tip +link. I started eating the tips. The first 2 or 3 tips were cool, then I started grabbing hard tough chewy pieces. They gave me old tips mixed with some fresher pieces smothered in sauce as if I wouldn’t notice. The only thing that was good was the link. I ate what I can and threw the rest away. $24 down the drain

Never ordering from them again. I spend thousands of dollars ordering from them for family functions. I placed an online order for Christmas for my sister to pickup because I’m at work. They wouldn’t let her pick it up. Way to loose out on business for a legitimate customer who comes in often and sends friends and family there. Never again

Food was actually good but they gave me pork when I asked for turkey and when I ask for a refund they said they could charge me the difference , when I got to the store they took my incorrect food and gave it and told me it was right and she gave it back to me in the same bag then she did not give me fresh food . So basically they mess my order up made me pay for and still gave me bogus food. I paid 85 dollars for pork that I did not ask for

Tonight I ordered 1/2 a slab they say 30 minutes which was fine but as a cook 30 minutes for ribs kinda soon get my order ribs undone couldn’t pull them apart u can’t cook ribs in 30 minutes I said to the young lady she said will give you more raw ribs u can’t get your money back we will just give you more raw tough ribs and called the police on a customer that received raw undercooked meat and took my 20$ please beware check to see if you are reciveing wat you pay for be careful
