Culver’s is a consistently fantastic spot for a satisfying and truly delicious meal that embodies authentic Midwestern comfort food. On my latest visit, the experience was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The food was fresh, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was delivered with a welcoming smile, making the whole visit truly pleasant.
I started my meal with their incredible Reuben sandwich, and it was simply perfect. The tender corned beef, savory sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese were layered flawlessly on toasted marble rye. It is, hands-down, one of the best fast-food Reubens you can find—a true standout on the menu!
Of course, no trip to Culver’s is complete without an order of their signature golden-fried cheese curds. They were squeaky, hot, and perfectly seasoned, offering that unmistakable, addictive crunch. They are the ultimate appetizer and a must-try for first-time visitors.
To top off this feast, I treated myself to a rich and creamy Turtle Sundae. The combination of silky vanilla frozen custard, thick hot fudge, gooey caramel, and crunchy pecans was the perfect, indulgent sweet ending. Yum! The team member named Mark was cleaning the dining room the whole time my wife and I ate there. We have been to many different Culver’s restaurants and his attention to maintaining a clean dining room was impressive. My wife used the restroom and she was impressed how it was laid out and super clean. Our meal was just as expected and the rest of the staff was friendly. Thank you to all. We will gladly return.

I stopped in to get four pints of vanilla custard with raspberry toppings and was told they don’t do that and was turned away. The cashier was an older lady who walked over to the manager who was near the drive thru and asked if she could make these for me. the manager never looked at me or even attempted to explain to me why this couldn’t happen. I wasn’t asking for the flavor Red Raspnerry, I was just asking for a simple vanilla custard with raspberry toppings. Very poor service!!!

Another 20 minute wait in the drive through. Seems like all the Culver’s around Janesville are going down hill. Skip this place and pay the same amount at Applebees, Texas Roadhouse, or Chilis.

We were there last Saturday in the early evening, it wasn’t too busy so we got our food right away. After that we ordered the flavor of the day, it tasted off. I spoke to the manager and after they tested their batch they agreed and gave us a different flavor and coupons to cover our cost. Thank you for the great customer service, we will be back again!
