I ordered this for someone because they have never eaten there before! Needless to say they won’t go back! Wish I could add pictures! The meat on the sandwich was beyond burnt! They were out of bread bowls for the soup but didn’t have crackers either! The soup was SCORTCHED to say the LEAST! Ordered a regular coke and got a Diet Coke! Like I said they won’t be back neither will I and I wish I could add photos you can judge the “overcooked mess” yourself!!!! Ahh here ya go!! Judge yourself! Got pics added!

Well…I loved this place until I didn’t. At the beginning they had awesome steaks, free bread and salads very attentive service. We decided to go back because I wanted a steak. I ended up getting the steak tips which were overcooked but had a great flavor. But my husband’s almost $30 NY Strip should’ve been saved for using in a sandwich or salad. It was maybe 1/4 inch thick, full of grizzle and overcooked.

Service was friendly just not very available. It looked like a bunch of random people hanging out behind the bar and chatting it up in an office at the end of the bar. There was literally a dude in a tank top. Didn’t love that for someone so close to the kitchen. Food was ok at best. The place feels like it doesn’t know what it is. Honestly it has a lot of potential just feels like it isn’t ran great. For the food we were served I felt I over paid. It was just not a great experience. We were there when it was dead but it felt like more attention was given to the drive thru (yeah there’s a drive thru, which seems odd for what this place seems like it would/could be)

My husband and I just left there. I have celiac disease and have to be very careful when eating out. Last time I was there I was giving them a second chance after ordering a salad and letting them know I needed grilled chicken and no croutons. I received fried chicken and croutons. Last time I ordered a naked burger and baked potato. It was very good and well cooked. This time I ordered the same except for a loaded baked potato this time. My husband also ordered a burger and fries. When our order came out, his was cooked well, mine was raw on the inside, not just a little pink, RAW. I kept my potato so I could eat it while waiting for a new burger. I never received a plate, I had to eat my loaded baked potato off of a napkin. My husband finished his entire meal and mine came out in a to go box. I checked this one and it was better, but still pink on the inside and mushy. The bacon this time was very limp and not cooked . This was my last time trying your establishment. We will NEVER BE BACK. You lost us for good this time. I left my second burger on the table, paid our bill with no discount and an up charge for a loaded potato. DO BETTER BREAD AND BUTTER. Also, you had one waitress for the entire restaurant on a Friday night between 6-7pm. ♀️

Food was good, place looked good but it was kinda sterile looking? Not a whole lot of character. My husband had the chicken salad sandwich which was good- not great it had a slightly different taste we couldn’t place. I had a waffle Monte Cristo that sounded amazing – again was just ok. I drive almost two hours to get to this town. Been here a few times in the past, so I was expecting good service and good food. However, it’s not what I was met with. The food was nasty. I had to force myself to eat it because I had ordered it and of course had to pay for it. I ordered the Wyatt burger. I asked for some onions to add some flavor to it. The onions never came. The waitress never came around to refill drinks. We had to refill them ourselves. She only came at the end to pick up our plates and give the ticket. I don’t think I’ll be back here again.

ABSOUTELY AWEFUL! I ordered a BLT and it was uneatable. I have never met a piece of bacon I didn’t like until that! It was OLD AND NASTY and had been cooked for quite some time! My husband ordered the club and he said it was basically turkey and tons of mayo. Waitress was nice enough… when she came around…. service was very slow. I cans definitely make that off my list!

We Drove almost 2 hrs out of our way. WELL WORTH THE TRIP. First service was amazing, everyone was very nice. Decor Rustic Modern, simplistic which I enjoyed. Now to the food. All the breads appear to be made fresh in house.
Appetizers
Cheese fries are very good, Ranch is better than hidden valley.
Bread and butter. Fresh baked rolls wonderful with honey, cinnamon butter.
BLAT, Normal BLT with avocado on sourdough toast. Choice of American Swiss or Provolone. My wife had provolone. She said it’s was amazing and fresh.
Cheese curds. The breading on these things will make your tongue beat your brain out. They are amazing as well.
Mushroom and Swiss with Mac and cheese. It’s one of the best M&S burgers I’ve ever had. I have had them from all over the country. Mac and cheese was good as well.
Drinks
Campfire coffee was delicious but a little cool for my taste. Hot should be really hot. That’s the only bad thing I have about this place and that’s really not that bad cause the flavor was amazing.
Sticky bun iced coffee.
Taste better than Cinnabon.
Price: It is a little bit higher than what I expected, however the freshness of the food and obviously above average ingredients make it well worth the cost.
If your in the Poplar Bluff area and you don’t stop. You can’t claim the foodie title.

Glorkar Floki
This place is fantastic. The decor is classy and comfy. Plus they are dog friendly. Our furry guy was even given a pup cup when we brought him inside.
All of the food was delicious and was brought out really fast.
Everything was so great that we even grabbed a coffee and tea to go.
Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.
