I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks location. I stop here frequently on my way to work, and it has become a highlight of my day. No matter how busy they are, the staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I’m greeted the moment I walk in the door, which immediately sets a positive tone for my morning. Even more impressive, my order is always correct—every single time. Their attention to detail and consistency really stand out. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about their customers. This black pike place tastes like 2 cups of water were added to it. I got home and poured it in a pot to heat it up and the consistency is that of black tea. I used to go here often on the way to work or on the way home. I will not be returning.

Just picked up my mobile under after waiting 15 minutes at the counter. Staff ignored me and wouldn’t make eye contact. Had to get their attention and gave them my name. They found it on a back counter where it had been sitting. The food was cold at this point. Rude barista didn’t apologize for the long wait and mix up. Bad experience.

Went through drive thru and the girl working was rushing my order. Completely got the order wrong. Got an iced caramel macchiato with white mocha sauce and the whole cup was filled with mocha sauce and barely no coffee. They forgot the sweet cold foam and when I asked for it they basically poured out the little coffee that was in the cup to add the cold foam. I asked for two cookies and got charged for one because instead of listening and taking my order correctly the girl was rushing me out the drive thru to talk to her coworker which she was doing when I pulled up to the window. Chicopee Starbucks is way better! Customer service here sucks!

The service at this location always seems to be delayed even when there are no customers waiting in line. I always seem to be waiting for orders I’ve made ahead on the app. The staff is very nice but I feel that they are always preoccupied despite no customers in store or in line. ALSO the drive thru at this location is very difficult to see out of so if you use the drive thru proceed with caution!

Place was clean, music was nice. Completely ignored no one spoke to me so I left. Simple acknowledgment goes a long way. I’m curious how much business Starbucks loses because of simple things like this. This bad customer service

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. I ordered a pink drink with one shot of green matcha, and they told me it was added when it clearly wasn’t. This isn’t the first time this has happened. On top of that, the drive-thru line here is always extremely slow much slower than other Starbucks I’ve been to. I really hope management takes a look at staffing and quality control because the service here has been consistently frustrating

Be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes in the drive through. Your order may or may not be correct on any given day. Depending on who works the drive through they will try to force you to tip even after a long wait wrong order with no apology.

Very disappointed with this location. I go to Starbucks every day, not just for the coffee, but for the experience. Lately though, that experience feels off. The new staff greeted me like they’d rather be anywhere else, my cheese danish tasted like it was reheated on an everything bagel (disgusting), and my coffee was another miss. This happens more often than I’d like. I don’t mind the prices, as long as it’s good. I’m considering switching to Dunkin’ for half the price, at least there I know exactly what kind of disappointment I’m getting.
