I was in this morning ordered two small items as a quick breakfast before work I waited almost 20 min along with 3 other cars parked against the drive through all to have my order wrong. Unacceptable for a fast food restaurant! They definitely need more employees because the girl I think her name was Daniela was taking orders, cashiering and taking orders out! I will not be coming back!

We went in this evening, there was about 4 workers walking around in the back. One at the counter talking to a customer. Not one employee acknowledged us. I asked where we would make an order, the woman said the female worker standing at the counter “doesn’t take orders, there’s one guy who takes orders” which is really weird. I mean they all had headsets on.
We waited nearly 10 mins. If ordering in Spanish would have been easier, I could’ve done it. The rudeness of everyone in there is what turned me away.

Not a bad place, their food is usually fresh and the fries hot. But been having by the issue of usually forgetting sauce or getting the order wrong entirely ontop of forgetting straws for the 3 drinks we got. I dont know of some people are having a bad day or if its their first day. But how do you forget straws???

I went through the drive-through and I was the only car I had a simple order which included two tacos when I paid it the window I asked for taco sauce The boy was clearly irritated. When he handed me my sack, I asked if he put taco sauce in it he rolled his eyes, grabbed red hot sauce, and went to hand it to me and I told him I wanted taco sauce. He told me they were out. I drove around the drive-through and went inside and had to get my own taco sauce. . When I called to speak with the manager, he answered the phone and said he was the manager if this is who is managing the store it’s time for a reevaluation

We have to stopped by Jack in the box every time we come through Idaho. We stopped by early Sunday afternoon. We ordered but the wait was so long to get our food.
The food was good. I got the buttery bacon and Swiss with curly fries. The food but hot and good. I also got the the basic witch shake. It didn’t look like the picture they advertise but they may be because they were in a hurry.
