Curbside pickup wait times could be longer than 20 mins, may have to end up going inside or through the drive thru just to see your order sitting on their counter; door dash orders may not include half of your order, and may have wrong/missing drinks. Hardy Rd location is way busier yet their food, service, and atmosphere is more on par for McDonalds restaurants.

My first clue should have been when the inside was closed on a Sunday morning, mostly likely to being understaffed, but I sat in the long drive thru line only to get the wrong food and undercooked fries. I wasn’t going back through that line , so I tried calling the restaurant that day and for several days after. Apparently nobody answers the phone. Here it is a month later and 5 attempts on the McDonald’s app and 1 phone call to their 800 number and I have yet to hear back from a single person who can resolve this. Don’t waste your time submitting a complaint on the guest relations link. It’s a dead end. This restaurant and McDonald’s corporate are a clown show.
Perhaps you can send your staff to Chick Fil A to learn about customer service

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in the City of Roanoke. Even the employees lie straight to your face when they’re asked questions!!! I am sick of this McDonald’s you all need to hire better employees and get better management over here!!! You all literally suck!!!!

This McDonald’s drive-thru is always jam-packed. But they always seem to be very fast and I never seem to get my order incorrect. The food is as good here as it is at any McDonald’s and the service is typically better. if you go during very busy times just expect traffic getting out to be slightly difficult.

Cashier lied to us.
We asked for a purple boo bucket, we were told they ran out.
As the girls were playing in the play area, we began to Sr other families coming into tge play area with purple boo buckets.
It was around 2pm.
My wife didn’t understand why we were lied too.

The streak of getting my order wrong at this location is now 8!!! It’s really unbelievable. This is the service and poor quality (see filet-o-fish picks attached) that we as consumers have allowed ourselves to subcomb to. CHECK OUT THAT SLIVER OF CHEESE! WAY TO GO MCDONALD’S!!!
