I ordered the boberrys and this is how they look. Its just pathetic that you cant get a good biscuit anywhere anymore. This place obviously doesn’t care at all about the customer!

Stopped by this morning for a biscuit and waited and waited in the dining area at the register and no one even bothered to take my order. Stopped in a couple of weeks ago to hear the dining area was closed but doors were open. Drive thru wasn’t packed out. I used to stop here with no issues

I been going there. I love Bojangles. But when I go and the manager with blue hair and he’s a big guy is always rude and giving old food. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich they said they couldn’t make it bc it’s a 10 minute wait. They never gave me the option to wait. Then the fries are hard and burnt and cold. I think I may just give up on Bojangles I bought $36 worth of food. We go there mostly in the mornings everything is great. The same guy left out all the fixings for our dinners last time. When I called and said something he said if u got a receipt I’ll give you your fixings. What is that. Do better hiring Bojangles. Long time since 1977 I have been eating at Bojangles. Tired of wasting my money

The sweet tea tastes like mop water was mixed in and the biscuits looked like someone smashed them. The drive through was AI and no conflict paying, so I can only assume there are some angry employees working, and taking it out on the customers. Will not be going back to this location again.

Do not eat here . We should have known they weren’t on top of things when they gave us 3 large fries instead of 3 chicken thighs. That’s all we ordered. We spoke the order clearly and we were the only people in the drive thru. When we went back around to get the order corrected they ended up giving us 3 thighs that were incredibly old and cold. I included the pics of the chicken. It was inedible. The total for this was $17.89!!!

Every time I order a boberry (and sometimes even the regular biscuit) it’s always super hard and has a brown color to it. I can see every now and then maybe it was a long busy night. This has happened every single time. I recommend going somewhere else for breakfast. I am from now on!

If I could leave a negative star I would. Right when me and my wife walked in, the cashier yelled “DINE IN OR CARRY OUT?” Didn’t ask how we were doing nor did she welcome us in. We proceed with “Dine in” and she yells out “WHATCHU WANT”.
The chicken supremes were like rubber and the breading kept falling off.

Went through the drive thru and got a drive by not a drive thru. I ordered a 3 PC dark meat with Mac&cheese, reg drink and a sweet potato pie. I should have checked it but I decided to trust and go with the box in hand. Got home and found 2 small thighs, mac&cheese and a box with burnt sweet potato pie. It was so burnt the inside was non-existent. They suck! Make sure you check your food before you drive off.
