This Popeyes does not disappoint in delivering their signature fried chicken. Their chicken sandwich is second to none.
So call your cardiologist and tell em’ you’re taking the day off and you’re gonna enjoy some Popeyes.

The chicken sandwich (original) is fantastic. Didn’t care for the flounder, tasted way too fishy. Got Cajun fries for the first time. They came right out of the oven. So good. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.

Went through drive thru literally taking 15+mins to get fast food. They had me pay then pull backwards because of the timer twice. They are very unprepared for customers. Need new management or shut it down. This is how far they had me pull back so they timer want go off because they get in trouble.

I thought getting a simple apple pie would be easy, but clearly, I was wrong! I had a previous unpleasant experience at a Popeyes and decided to give it another shot (not at this location), so I thought it would be straightforward. I walked in, paid, and got what I assumed would be an apple pie. But when I got in my car, took a bite, and surprise, it wasn’t apple at all. It tasted like some weird cherry and cream cheese concoction. I turned around and went back to ask for the right pie.
The employee didn’t seem properly trained to even tell the difference, but she apologized and gave me a replacement. When I checked the box, it was labeled “specialty,” and I immediately told her it looked like the same pie she had just given me. She assured me it was apple, but when I got home and finally took a bite, it was exactly the same pie. Honestly, some things shouldn’t be this complicated!

As a local general manager in this area myself someone seriously needs to do something with the little shift Manager Because I hope to God y’all don’t have her up here as a GM she has black hair and the bald edges and she is extremely rude. I have to describe her because I guess she knows how rude she is so she doesn’t wear a name tag I spent $30 on my food and was told that I could maybe get a third My order back because I didn’t come back the same day I needed to bring the chicken as proof because my receipt is not proof enough Never offered to replace my fries that weren’t in my bag. I watched the same Manager the same day I was in there argue back-and-forth, shouting with an Uber eats driver I mean Her attitude should not be in anybody’s restaurant not even as a team member let alone a shift lead. I guarantee she’s single-handedly. The reason why this store has so many bad reviews. I know we need a break, but whoever the GM is is just gonna have to cover her hours until they can replace her because she’s your killing your business my chicken was so soggy that it destroyed the box it came in leaked through the bag onto my leather seat. My leather seats are stained because of the chicken grease and I can’t even even get my 10 pieces of chicken

The chicken was great – hot, juicy and spicy. The staff and manager were super friendly and filled the order quickly and accurately. The sides, unlike the recent past, were fresh and filled the container. The new manager and crew are doing and awesome job!

Danielle had the nastiest attitude here. I came with my mom and and brother to get first get the snack wrap that was discontinued didn’t know that at first but it was fine. Then we ordered two waters a number 2 combo with fried and sprite and a pepper. Also we ordered 6 tenders no fries. We had to wait almost 10-15 min for the tenders but the 2 piece combo was cold and the fries were old and lukewarm my mom called back and the manager said she was sorry and for us to come back to get the food. We go back up there and in the middle of my mom trying to re explain the situation she gets RUDELY interrupted and danielle the manager told her to pull up already. We get to the window and the atmosphere was hostile and tense. She was short with us she didn’t believe half the words we said she took the chicken kept asking if it was cold even though it was in her hands. Just unbelievably unprofessional. We will never go to Popeyes again. Do better Popeyes south cobb.

I really love Popeyes food, but I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s no longer a place I can go to often. I just don’t have the patience to spend my money in places where service is bad, and people usually love Popeyes not for the service but for the food. I placed my order around 5:30 pm and was asked to wait, which I had no problem with, but by 5:55 I was told my order had been forgotten. When I asked for a refund, I was told the shrimp was ready, and I still waited another 5 minutes. The food itself was immaculate, but the young lady at the counter could use a little more support with customer service—simply letting customers know there may be a wait goes a long way.
I do want to highlight Dominique—your service truly stood out. Thank you for stepping up and turning the situation around. If you are the store manager or district manager, please know your presence made all the difference. That’s why I am leaving a 5 star ranking.
