I love coming here for birthdays, date nights and just for fun. The food is always really delicious and the show as they make your food is great. I was a little worried because I brought a couple vegans/vegetarians and I have always only ordered the steak/shrimp etc. so I was relieved that they had a veggie plate with some zucchini mushrooms and tofu they could eat that they cooked first.

I’ve seen a lot of reviews in here dissing the service and I could see why you could feel a little rushed, but on a busy dinner service, it’s not LIKE a normal restaurant they literally cook at the table. And so I think it makes sense to not let folks linger forever. If you’re going to let that get in the way of unique and delicious experience then take your snooty behavior someplace else.
We made reservations and were seated within 5 minutes.

Chef was great. Presentation fantastic. Steak was perfect. Service ruined it. They were unorganized, messed up our reservation, forgot about us completely, good luck getting a refill on your drink or a spoon with your soup. They forgot about our whole table and we ended up leaving before desert and paying at the counter. For those prices the wait staff should be on point. We won’t go back

I hadn’t had Hibachi in a while and thought I’d try this place based on the reviews (4.2 at the time of this post). There were quite a few red flags and I should have heeded the warning signs of early but my brain was shut off.

The atmosphere matched that of the next door Walmart and was just generally depressing. We were told there would be a 35 minute wait but waited more than an hour before we were actually served. When the food did arrive, most of it was okay, although overly oily. I had the chicken and shrimp and the shrimp was fine but the chicken was so overcooked and rubbery, I couldn’t even eat it.

I don’t usually like badmouthing places and try to move on but the bill was the real kicker. Just shy of $100 for 2 people for what seemed at most a $20-25 meal (low quality) per person. Crazy. I don’t blame the staff, but they seemed very overworked.

I wish the owner’s luck.

Food was OK. Staff very attentive but we ( Party of 6) felt rushed. Fun atmosphere for kids with chefs handing knives and flames on the food but not our thing for a serious dinner.

Food was great, service was awful. We had a reservation, checked in, then proceeded to watch them seat everyone without a reservation before us. We reminded them we had a reservation and they basically said “whoopsie” and finally sat us. We got 1 drink, were never asked if we wanted another. When they delivered the soup, mine didn’t have a spoon, they forgot to bring me one until my boyfriend got up to find someone. You’re supposed to get ice cream after the meal, they forgot about our entire table. No one ever came back after the meal, all the couples eventually got up and went to the counter to get their checks. The food was great, but because how poor the service was I don’t think we’ll be returning.

Absolutely terrible experience.
The service was poor, the food was disappointing, and the prices were extremely high for the quality. The New York steak was rubbery and tasted more like a cheap chuck steak. The seafood had a strong fishy smell and flavor. Our waitress was unfriendly, and the chef’s performance was very underwhelming.
To make matters worse, one of our family members had severe diarrhea within minutes of eating the scallops, which is extremely concerning and has prompted us to contact the health department.
We will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been to this teppanyaki place several times, but the service has definitely gone downhill. The food is consistently decent and the atmosphere is fine, but the service just isn’t what it used to be. Our server was pretty unfriendly and not very attentive. Thinking we’ll probably try a different teppanyaki spot next time.

I took my family and parents here for my twin boys 13th birthday. It was a great atmospheric, super friendly service, and our chef was hilarious and had us cracking up.

We called ahead for reservation and our table was ready the moment we walked in.

Food was expensive for such short portions. I even had to pay an extra 6 dollars to share a plate seriously!!!!! Service was terrible!!! The chef was entertaining but everything else was terrible. Over 150 bucks for 2 small plates and a bottle of wine. I should have gone to the Keg.
