Staff was friendly, food was good. Atmosphere APPEARED clean, however a cockroach crawled on my foot (wearing flip flops). I shook it off immediately (gross). This was around 1:30pm on a Thursday.

This is the best Chik-fil-a in Long Beach. The staff are what’s great. It feels like a family and a little home kitchen away from home for me as a mom of 3 kids under the age of five when I need a little break from the house. Rosario in particular is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make our time comfortable, she knows my name, remembers what my kids like and sets out placemats for us everytime we come. Rosario! Is amazing. As a business owner myself I can see her running her own location one day. Anyone can serve food, open, close and clean. But true, real customer service and being personable with the ability to create rapport is very hard to teach. She’s got that, and she is bilingual! Love her, love this chik-fil-a, thanks guys!

the post was originally going to start off bad, a few hiccups that were completely understandable. but leonardo went above and beyond to fix our situation. he took the time to listen and understand and tried to see where the error went! and that’s all that matters, even if things are wrong, listening and understanding goes a long way!

Went eat a salad and got a show. What I can only assume is a manager was yelling at this poor girl for a small issue. Like full on yelling in front of everyone. Made me loose my appetite and honestly may just go the extra few blocks to the Cerritos location next time.

Was here on a dinner date with my friend and everything was great! The fries were amazing probably better than the last time we were here. My sandwich was great but I did not finish it after seeing what happened with my friends sandwich. Half of her sandwich was RAW!! Never coming back again.

First off I love the food at Chick-fil-A in general. However this was my first visit to this location and I was unimpressed. The entrance was confusing as you have to double back if you drive in from the main road. The fries in my photo were supposedly a large…comon. I requested two types of sauce and recieved one. I asked for the deluxe sandwhich and got it as the plain version. I will give this location a second chance but meh so far.
