I paid nearly $8 for a tortilla full of nearly nothing. I ask for the chicken bacon ranch fries and I get seasoned fries with nacho sauce and told they don’t exist so apparently Taco Bell’s promo lied to me. I’m told the steak quesarito isn’t there anymore(despite Mishawaka selling them to me)

Edit: After returning again the next day, my order was all there.
My orders from this store have almost always been done right, and this is my go to store for the area but my order this evening was missing two items. While I am generally understanding of mix-ups, I sat in the drive-thru for 5+ minutes after I was asked to hold. During this time, a delivery truck arrived and began to unload and the staff worked through the cars in front of me (no cars were infront of me by the time they got back to me) before I was told to pull forward for my order which was a pick-up order. Other than these issues, the food was well prepared and I definitely don’t believe this one incident will stop me from returning.

horrible! especially at night. Employees are rude, tacos were sticking to the paper. $7 tenders were just skin 0/10 definitely don’t recommend:) save your money!

The employees were very polite and quick to help. The manager even stepped in to help make tacos when it got a little busier in the dining room especially with a new Kiosk ordering system. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!

Almost every single time I’ve ever gone to this Taco Bell, they forget something or they screw something up. Today we ordered a lux box and didn’t get a box. It got thrown in with all of our other food and they forgot my cheese quesadilla. Last time I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch. They charged me with the chicken instead of the beef which I didn’t ask for. I never even said chicken and then they forgot it! So the upcharged me and then forgot to put it in the bag. I was able to go back a different time and get a free one but I don’t feel like driving there anymore.
