We ordered Tomahawk Wagyu! It is good enough for 2 people. The meat is so good. I really love it! It’s our date night and we were full by just this order. The meat is really first class prime Wagyu beef.. Indeed a Very sumptuous dinner.. Too bad, there’s No more space for dessert. We would really want to go back for another date night soon. Hopefully!

The food was top notch, both the wagyu steak as the South-American entrecote.
The service was also good and the restaurant has a cosy setting.
The only part that was not great was that we ordered 2 desserts (one each) and the second one only came long after we finished our coffee/tea and first dessert.
Aside from that, good food and service for a fair price!

We ordered the steak recommended by the restaurant, as they insisted medium-rare was best to preserve the flavor. However, the steak was served unevenly: half was rare and the other half was essentially raw. We ate a few pieces before complaining to the waiter, but his only response was, “I hope next time it will be better.” No compensation or replacement was offered. Very disappointing service.

Probably the best place in Belgium to eat meat, it’s simply delicious.
Cosy atmosphere, good and friendly service, and their product will not disappoint!
Grilled chicken is also available and apparently (I didn’t try it myself) very tasty as well.

I reserved here on a Saturday evening (party of 6). Overall okay experience but not great.
The area where we were seated was very quiet, without any background-music, almost awkward to talk amongst each other.
Service was okay, more fluent as you normally get.
We shared 3 starters, the Txistorra ( Bask sausage), the bacon “2 ways” & the Txogitxu carpaccio. All 3 where tasty, don’t know if it’s a must that the sausage is cooked all the way through – this wasn’t the case with us – but it was tasty anyway.
As Txogitxu is one of my favourites, I ordered this one expecting a flavourful, matured piece of meat, sadly this wasn’t the case, although the meat was tender and beautifully cooked ( Blue) it was lacking the Txogitxu- flavour or any kind of maturation flavour. Others had the Rubia Gallega, which was tastier and had more maturation.

What an amazing restaurant, the food was absolutely gorgeous, huge portions too. Staff are so friendly and charming. We often visit Veurne whilst heading for the ferry, and we will definitely be coming to this restaurant again. You won’t go wrong with a visit here.

Our first visit to Veurne and this great restaurant. Finding restaurants can be tricky because my wife doesn’t eat red meat so the thought of spit roasted chickens was very appealing. We were not disappointed. I had half chicken with 4 sauces and fries. My wife had half chicken in curry sauce with rice. Probably the most succulent and delicious chicken we have ever tasted. Staff attentive and kind. Prices good for this part of the world. Just 1 negative- €9.95 for water we refuse to pay when the beer is good and cheap and my wife had a Spritz. But if we return to Veurne we shall be back. Compliments!!

Went here, back in August while on holiday and I had the Belgium Blue steak with some fries on the side. The meat was lovely and perfectly cooked for my liking and the staff were friendly and helpful. All the produce was locally sourced, or at least sourced from local companies. If you want a top tier steak or many other meats, then this is an amazing place. It is on the pricey side but that is matched by the quality
