First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Again First Watch has delivered great healthy food in a nice atmosphere (although it was a bit chilly inside, would be nice to turn up the heat for guests) and great wait staff. We ate here twice while traveling from out of town. Both days the business was slammed and they still turned tables and got the crowds seated and eating quickly (huge plus if you’re with kids!) The food was fast, delicious, and unique but not fancy in a way that made it risky to try something outside your comfort zone. Big shoutout to the Sunday brunch server JACOB who was kind and so good at his job! Highly recommend.

Excellent food and service! We were seated pretty quickly and the food was out fresh and hot within about 8-10 minutes after being seated. We ordered a variety of things including French toast, pancakes, a burrito and sandwiches. Everything is immaculate! Great experience and we will return.

I really like this place I’m surprised it took me so long to go. The inside is quaint they have a bar that you can sit at at the kitchen as well as a nice outdoor seating area that overlooks the fountain. The food is fresh and delicious! Never had an issue with service here the menu is very creative as well. Highly recommend that you at least give it a try. I’m a coffee drinker and I find the quality to be quite good and the fact that they have flavored creamers which I love is a huge Plus for me.

My friend and I visit this specific Short Pump location almost every month for breakfast and the food and service are consistently delightful. We always feel well taken care of by the staff however Viktora has been our waitress on several occasions, but not always, and yet we are so very impressed that she remembers us and our unique orders. This level of service is above and beyond and we appreciate her so much. This is the main reason this will continue to be our place of choice for our monthly breakfast meetings! I highly recommend this location.

The food was amazing! It was made fresh, even the syrup was warm! The staff so very kind and when our food was taking awhile, the waitress removed it from the bill! They were very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. I would 100% recommend this place and will be coming back!

Nice little spot for lunch. All of the staff inside are very friendly and helpful, made it a nice and enjoyable meal. I should add that they lean towards healthy foods. Prices are not bad. I forgot to take a picture of my meal, but my French toast with the fruit compote was wonderful. My lunch mate had the eggs Benedict and said it was very good. It’s in a shopping center, so there’s plenty of parking and it’s accessible to all. Outdoor seating was nice on such a beautiful day.
