I love that they have such positive energy! Even when you go through the drive-through, they ask you your name to make the order more personal. The little bit of effort goes a long way. I’ve been going to a lot of different Starbucks and this is by far, the nicest one when it comes to customer service!

My wife always makes me go to Starbucks. Apparently, this place must be really good… or she just has a serious addiction to coffee ☕ .

Either way, the drinks are always on point, the staff is friendly, and they somehow remember her order better than I do. So I guess I’m a regular now. Can’t complain, if you’re being dragged somewhere, this is a pretty good place to be.

My drinks are always made incorrectly at this location. And they always close 30 minutes early. I’ll get into the drive thru at 8:30 pm and they say they are closed but are supposed to be closed at 9pm. This has happened to me countless times that I won’t go back to that location again. Just post that you close at 8:30. Oh yes I even had the door slammed in my face at 8:15 pm one evening only to be told they are closed with other customers still sitting in the lobby.

horrible experience. i ordered a small iced white mocha with no whip and 2 shots. when i pulled up to the window, they handed me a hot white mocha. i told them my order again and they gave me a large white mocha with whip cream, i told them again and they gave me the right order but they only added 1 shot of coffee and after 3 sips i almost finished the drink, it was mostly only ice.

This location always looks busy no matter the time of day. If I want to stop, I usually plan extra time due to the volume of orders they handle. I have never had an incorrect order before. Today I was so impressed by the teamwork I saw behind the counter mixed with the starbucks app glitch situation that they resolved, I had to stop and share because I highly recommend the excellent customer service the staff at this location displays. The app took my order and money but never printed a ticket for the barista so while I waited over 20mins I overserved how well all the baristas welcomed each guest, handled the constant flow of traffic, and all with a smile on their face. They were quick to resolve the issue and I was very happy with the service I received. Finally everything looked very clean and organized.

So I get my caramel ribbon crunch, right? And there’s coffee, caramel, and whipped cream running all down the side of the cup. I point it out, and instead of fixing it, they just stick my cup inside another cup. But because they filled it so much, it’s still overflowing and dripping down the sides. Like… what makes them think I want to throw that in my car and have my cup holder all sticky and gross? I ended up asking for a remake, and they did it—but you could tell they really didn’t want to.

Our family stopped by Starbucks for a quick treat, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Meghan for the first time. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming… the kind of person who makes you feel right at home, even if it’s your first visit.

Meghan was patient with our order, made great recommendations, and handled everything with such a positive attitude. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and she brought such a great energy to the experience.

It’s not every day you meet someone who makes your coffee stop feel extra special!
