Fast, but all the tables were dirty, and the portions were super skimpy. Almost no avocado on the avocado toast and very little avocado or any other topping for that matter on the chicken, chipotle avocado, breakfast sandwich.

This was an amazing Panera. Portion were generous and all of our meals had so much flavor. Whoever is the cook needs a raise by far the best Panera I have ever been to. We will be back.

Extremely fast and friendly service! Our sandwiches were perfectly prepared. The staff were all very friendly.

My only complaint is that the tables, chairs and benches all need to be cleaned. Most of the tables had dried food and or were covered in crumbs since they had just opened for the day there was no excuse. Night shift needs to step up on closing.

It’s conveniently located, clean, and well-organized. Both the dine-in and drive-thru experiences are excellent. My favorites at Panera are the soups and the lobster mac and cheese. I just wish the baguettes were a bit crispier and that they offered higher-quality coffee options.

What is it with not being able to get butter on your bagels? I ordered a blueberry bagel toasted with extra butter. I got four little cubes of butter threw on a plate that was so cold. It wouldn’t spread on my bagel very displeased with that. On the other hand, the oatmeal was outstanding

Love to enjoy Panera here. Often this location is a little dirty, but today was cleaner and there was more staff working. The staff was nice and food was good as always. Only issue this time was my friends sandwich was smaller then usual so she was still a little hungry after. My autumn squash soup was hot and good and my green goddess cobb salad was fresh and dressed just right.

Panera became corporately GREEDY, they shrunk the size, changed to cheaper ingredients, less meat, less food in general, coffee is hit or miss, they substantially reduced the Menu Options and they have a Parking Lot Hazard. Potholes and often full of trash.

We used to go to Panera every other day for lunch. My staff has NO interest going there, even when I offer to treat…! There used to be lines 20-40 deep. Now there are no lines. And management wonders why…! Clearly a bean counter cut the quality to make a nickel more profit, AND THE CUSTOMERS LEFT.

The definition of insanity, is I return and hope it is better. NOT. The tables are old and worn out. The bathrooms need help. But PROFIT over the customer…! This could be a College Case Study…!!! How something great went in to the TRASH Can.

I miss the Panera of 20 years ago. I waited in line 15 minutes or more, but the service then was outstanding and so WAS the food…. Very Sad. They might be in competition with Sears.

If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. I purchased a breakfast sandwich earlier today as take out. Halfway through my breakfast, I look down upon my sandwich only to find a long strand of hair. This wasn’t a short strand of hair, this looks intentional. THIS IS JUST PLAIN AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING. Panera advertises freshness and cleanliness, that is completely FALSE. A STRAND OF HAIR ?! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I am very disappointed with my purchase. Please save yourself the time & stress and do not come to this location. You would think a company as big as Panera would do better, sickening. I do not recommend this location at all

I’m a Panera fan so I’ve been to several ones in Virginia and Maryland. This is one of the good ones. I love Panera baguettes that are served with soups and theirs is most of them time warm, which means they are actually constantly baking them; and I’ve come here repeatedly at different hours. The staff is always nice and efficient. I often see the manager step in when the place is super busy and even when it’s not, if he sees you waiting he’ll take your order. Waiters would offer to take off your dishes if you are finished and they are cleaning around.

Fairly typical Panera experience..foid was.up lightening fast. This location is showing its age and is in need of an update and a good steam cleaning.

Poor job on slicing bagel – top was thin as a cracker and slightly burnt around the edges due to being so thin.
