Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, wrong food, tomatoes that are an inch thick, and everytime I order 10 minutes early it’s never ready; and they don’t even have receipt printed yet. If they close the dinning room they don’t stop carry out orders on the app so you’ll get stuck in a huge drive through line to wait for something you already paid for and won’t be ready. I’ve missed a few lunches here because they waste time. And when they lose my order they take a bad attitude with me.

I asked for the 4 for 4 which is also the jr cheese burger biggie bag but it’s $4. I got the jr bacon cheese burger biggie bag, got two instead of my 2 4 for $4. My nuggets were really old cold and hard. The sauce packet was also old as can be. It had a layer of hardened sauce on top when I opened it up. My daughter had to switch her nuggets because it had a foreign object stuck to it and she still ended up with old cold hard nuggets. I couldn’t stop and get what I ordered or fresh food because I don’t live in Salisbury and I needed to get my family home. We live over 2 hours away.

Had to wait 25 minutes and still didn’t get food. It took 15 minutes of sitting infront of the speaker for them to finally take our order. When we pulled up to window it took another 15 before my family pulled out. All the workers were on their phones talking and only came near the window to plug their phones in. They had 10 cars waiting to order and still weren’t working. Outrageous.

The costumer service at the night shift is horrible, they make you wait to order and when you ask them why is there a wait they say are cleaning or the system is down and always have attitude. Food was cold.

There was literally no ice in the soda and it was completely flat. Would have happily gotten a lemonade if they had let us know there was an issue with the fountain drink machine. If they didn’t know then I hope they do now. lol.

We stood at the register for several minutes while workers smiled & talked to each other, completely ignoring us. No one greeted us or told us they would be right w/us. A manager type person seemed to open the register without saying anything to us. We still waited longer. Finally, an expression-less worker took our order w/ no apologies or reasons for the wait.
The food was okay but the fries were limp & the salad had bleu cheese melted from the warm chicken. I forgot to ask if I could get my order without the cheese which I hate. Also, the pecans have red pepper spice. Why???

No one here and sitting at the drive through for literally over 5 minutes and no one is asking for our order. This Wendy’s is the absolute worst. This happens all the time – extremely slow service and no apologies. Needs some serious retraining or training in general.

So I just pulled up to this Wendy’s location at 10:40 online menu. It says they stay open till 2 AM. They’re all in the doorway smoking weed with the door cracked and when I asked them if they’re open, the guy says yes he’s laughing and then he blows weed smoke in my face. And then he proceeds to tell me they’re not open they close at 10 pm . I wouldn’t suggest trying to get food from here Suggest anything from this place if anything they should do a mandatory drug test of everyone that works there

Always waiting in the line for very long time. Then the food was awful. So if it’s not fresh why are we waiting so long ? This was definitely my last time trying this location.

After waiting in the drive thru on Jake Alexander for at least 15 minutes, we arrived at the order window and told we could not place our order, “We close at 6 o’clock.” It was 555pm, dark and saw no signs that our order would not be taken.
