My son won the year of meals and was so happy. This is his new favorite place and I probably would not have tried the chicken otherwise because I didn’t know about it but it is so crispy but still tender. Very delicious. I use the chicken sauce for the fries and it’s so tasty. Thank you for making my son happy for a whole year. 😉

Visited this location, I wrote a review. Got a notice from RAISING CANE’S if I could update my review, but my fries we’re NOT COOKED properly. Soggy wilted fries. There were busy, got my food Quick great, but it was to go! Normally I eat it there, but I was in hurry to get home, waiting for someone important.
I don’t mine waiting afew more minutes to get it cooked correctly! Imagine getting home & you have finish cooking your FIRES just so you can enjoy them.

Great experience at this Raising Cane’s location. The staff was super nice and attentive. We were lucky because it was not crowded and the food was ready in no time. The Lemonade claims to be fresh and all natural, too sweet to me, though. The chicken fingers were awesome, and I love the fries, crispy, warm, and no too salty. The chairs and tables needed to be cleaned, as well as some parts of the floor. Anyway, I would recommend this place if it’s not crowded.

I had a really disappointing experience at Raising Cane’s. My order was completely wrong, and when I called, I spoke with a manager named Angel, who really needs more training. He didn’t know how to handle the situation and gave me a vague time limit for when I could come back. The drive-thru staff was just kids, laughing and playing around, and when we got our change, it was dropped on the floor—no apology, just an assumption we’d pick it up ourselves. Overall, terrible service

Ok had to find out what the hype was all about!! It was definitely worth the try. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I now can’t wait for one to come to Albuquerque! Also kudos to Raising Cane’s for having changing stations in both men’s and women’s restrooms.

I recently just went to this location where I often visit but today was on a whole other aspect of MESSING up.
I understand if you mess up but checking with the customer 3 times and still messing up is non excusable.
The lady at the first window even confirmed with me about my order which I corrected on it, called the manager(I think) but still got it wrong.
Even the receipt says what I ordered but I still got the wrong order.
To the point where I watch the gentleman packing our order checking the box before hand and still not seeing the problem.
For context there wasn’t that many people at 1:02 pm maybe just one older lady behind me and I didn’t see no one else.

From the moment I pulled up, everything was on point. The drive-thru was fast, the staff were super friendly, and my order was spot-on perfect hot, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it.
The chicken? Crispy outside, juicy inside. Not greasy, not dry just right. The Cane’s sauce was addictive as always, and the toast was buttered perfectly with that golden crisp edge (you know what I’m talking about ). Fries were fresh, not soggy. Even the lemonade tasted extra good today.
It’s rare to get a fast food order that feels like someone actually cared and today, they absolutely did. 10/10, would chicken finger again.

The establishment is very clean and neat and the staff offers great customer service. The food was delicious also, the chicken strips have been juicy everytime I’ve been there and the fries and coleslaw very tasty. The sauce is great but it has a strong taste of pepper and spices, so if you are not into that don’t get surprised if you don’t like it, don’t worry though, the strips are very tasty even without the sauce. One thing to keep in mind though, they only have 4 options on the menu ; 3 are chicken strips and the other one is a chicken burger. If you are looking for anything other than chicken this is not a place for you.
