Absolutely delicious place we stumbled upon. I got brisket skillet with OM eggs & an order of finger steaks. My lady went with French toast topped with banana and strawberries along with eggs & sausage. Eggs were all cooked perfectly, potatoes were crunchy, brisket yummy, and fruit was fresh. The finger steaks were my biggest surprise, the coating was thin and crunchy and very tender meat inside. Will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was nice enough, I liked the Christmas music that was playing, and it was clean. Not very busy. I was very disappointed with the food- ordered breakfast, pancakes with eggs and sausage, asked for the eggs to be cooked til the yolks were firm. They were runny. I have my eggs that way out of habit because my husbands immune system is bad, so no health risk to me, from slopping up runny eggs, but it would have been a problem, had my husband been there. While the eggs were undercooked, the sausage was overcooked, tough and dry. I love pancakes, but those were also tough, and some of the driest I have ever had. Felt like eating sawdust. For as sparse as business was, it felt like it took quite a while to bring out a simple breakfast dish. The waitress did stop by to ask how the meal was, about mid way through, and I did not complain, largely because I was in a hurry to get where I was going and had already waited longer to get my plate than I budgeted for, so I didn’t want to wait again for a re-do. I understand my not saying anything, makes part of it on me, at that point. She swung by and asked me, just as I took a bite, causing me to answer with my mouth full, which I dislike. I understand when you’re eating that happens, but just overall, it wasn’t the experience I hoped for. If I stop by to eat in Idaho Falls again, I probably won’t be stopping here.

I LOVE everything about this restuarant. I can say its my favorite breakfast spot in the city. The breakfast is amazing BUT, there is just one little thing that this place is needing. A kitchen extractor fan. We always come out of there smelling like greasy food This place would be just perfect if it wouldn’t leave us with a penetrating smell everytime

Picked this place and have no regrets. The skillet was fabulous. The bacon was the best. The service – impeccable. Theresa was the sweetest and was most attentive. The owner came by and refilled the coffee and took a moment to speak to everyone there. What a great place to go.

Meh it was ok… definitely won’t recommend this place. I have heard it’s great for breakfast on a Saturday and Sunday. We ordered the chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy and a scone. The scone was dense. The sausage patty was burnt on one side but the gravy was pretty good. The chicken friend steak was mediocre with instant potatoes… Our waitress was nice but spacey… If you like cafeteria food then you’ll love this place!

Loved this hidden gem. We always stop in Idaho Falls for a sit down meal on our way to Montana and our regular go to place was closed so we stumbled on Cedrics. What a special treat. The food was delicious with large portions and the homemade scones with honey butter were huge and an added bonus to our great meal. I loved the friendliness of the staff and the ambiance of the whole restaurant. I would definitely recommend this place and I even like it better than our usual stop. We now have a new favorite resturant and that is Cedrics.

It’s a good breakfast spot. Only eaten there one time. The server was great. Very attentive without hovering. Food came out fast and hot. I will be back. Great job. Thank you.

Our overall experience was fantastic! I ordered the traditional eggs benedict, but requested bacon instead of ham, and my spouse ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich. Our orders came out so quickly (maybe 10 minute wait time) and looked beautiful! I was a little disappointed to see mine arrived with ham instead of bacon, but it’s an understandable human error and I wasn’t going to send an entire plate of food back just so they could switch out what I could easily pick off. (Yes, I did that. I don’t like ham. Sorry lol) Our sweet waitress, Brittany, came back and immediately noticed my discarded pile of ham and snagged my plate and took it back to the kitchen. She came back about 8 minutes later with a fresh plate of the perfect traditional eggs benedict, complete with crispy bacon. I honestly would have been happy eating my meatless breakfast, but a shout out to Brittany and the kitchen staff for going above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. Also, my spouse said the Monte Cristo was delicious.

The BEST GLUTEN FREE pancakes you will ever have. It blew my mind. Apparently the cooks granddaughter is GF so she specializes in yummy things.
