TERRIBLE! Ordered delivery for my kids and their quality control is NONEXISTENT! The burgers were wrong and had items added they never had before (the manager stated their menu changed but the delivery sites haven’t gotten that memo), the French fries tasted like they had been cooked 2 days ago, and their staff cannot READ a simple drink order because the ONLY DRINK that was right was the FROSTY! I called the manager and let him “have it” but it doesn’t matter we are still OUT THE FOOD and hopefully the third party delivery app will give us some sort of a refund but they don’t refund the fees or tips of course. I think if you are in the restaurant business YOUR ENTIRE JOB is too make a GOOD PRODUCT and SERVE the public. This Wendy’s doesn’t come close to the advertising the public sees on the commercials! Someone in CORPORATE NEEDS to either SHUT THIS FRANCHISE DOWN or RE-TRAIN EVERYONE from the MANAGERS to the COOKS to the staff making the DRINKS because this order was a bloody disaster and WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE! IF I COULD ASSIGN THIS RESTAURANT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! Wendy’s DO BETTER, A WHOLE LOT BETTER! Just because I am not there in person to eat your food doesn’t mean quality should be thrown out the window. IF THIS is what your food is like I would hate to see the inside of your restaurant. I am sure it is just as big of a disaster as this delivery! ARE YOU LISTENING WENDYS???? THIS PLACE IS A MESS!! NEVER AGAIN!!! BTW the food went right into the garbage which is the only place your food belongs! Thanks for nothing!

I used to love Wendy’s and haven’t been in awhile. I’m actually a manager for a competitor but like I said I have always loved Wendy’s. Up til today. My daves single was the same size as my children’s kid cheeseburger meals. It wasn’t the right size burger,wrong bun, and cold. I have always received the same product so I’m 100% positive this was incorrect. Fries had been sitting so my kids wouldn’t eat them and almost no salt. Food quality not good at all. What’s going on Wendy’s. I was such a fan. Very disappointing. I spent almost 32.00 and it was junk.we wont be back. The only positive- At least the person who took my payment was nice. Thank you for your kindness to my little kids

1/10 I went to the Malabar Wendy’s location around 10:00 p.m. and there was one car in front of me the window so I’m trying to get my exact change out and it must have been 5 seconds and the guys leave his entire body out of the window whistling at me.
I glanced up and thought okay yeah I want to go count my change real quick and he is coming out of the window again whistling at me.
So I get to the window and I looked at him and I said did you just whistle at me ? And he says yes ma’am I did I said don’t whistle at me I’m trying to get my change what is wrong with you. I do not care about your damn timer I’m trying to get my change in the drive-thru I’m either going to sit before I get to the window or sit when I get to the window you need to teach your employees not to try and whistle at people to save their timer I knew he was up there I haven’t been drinking I’m going home getting my family food you guys need to chill out and be more respectful.
Also I didn’t get a receipt either he’s lucky I didn’t come around there and yell at him because I thought I got the incorrect change he told me the wrong total so I go back I was about to yell at him and then I said give me the receipt and he didn’t want to give it to me either. You should always be giving a receipt because that would have saved a lot of time and a lot of hassle and I wouldn’t have had to roll through the window again had he give it to me the first time I would have already self resolved I got the correct amount of change.

We went in and there were only 4 people working. Everyone looked like they were doing double duties. The cashier was working the fryer and also packing orders so she didn’t get to us for several minutes. We saw at least one other customer give up and leave. There was a young man stocking cups, but didn’t even acknowledge us. The cashier apologized for taking so long, so we don’t blame her. The place was pretty disarrayed and unorganized looking. You can see in one of the photos. The food wasn’t bad, but we probably wouldn’t stop here again.

Came inside and ordered a Dave’s doubl, bi cheese, the manager repeats the request so I know she heard it, I asked to substitute the fries for a baked potato, she calls out the potato, gets no call back from her cooks, okay, so a few minutes later her cook comes up and tells her they don’t have the potato, she asked how long and his answer was 1 hour, so I had to settle for tasteless fries, very disappointing but okay, so I get in 95 south and pull the burger out and it’s dripping with cheese, and since I’m lactose intolerant I can’t eat it so I called the store and asked for a refund, she said only if I come all the way back. No, I’m not getting off 95s, looping back, for a burger, she offers if I’m coming back soon she could give me the burger, but I live 100 mile south, I’m not coming back for a burger, and I shouldn’t gave to.

So, last night, we were heading back from Orlando and got super hungry, so we hit up Wendy’s around midnight. We wanted to try that new combo from the “Wednesday” show on Netflix, you know, the one with the four secret sauces? But we got the same sauce like, three times! That was the whole reason we went there, basically. Plus, the chicken nuggets were cold, and there was a cold fry in my Frosty. Seriously? When you grab fast food on a trip, you just want it to be decent, especially for what you pay. The cashier seemed totally over it, and it just made the whole thing a bummer.

Terrible, will not be returning no time soon. Being that have had Wendy’s in months because of have bad experience at another one across the way. I thought I’d give it another chance. But know I’m good for life. Good bye for good. Customer service sucks, food is horrible and the experience was not to my liking.

I just ordered food in the drive-through made it back to work and realized my nuggets were cold and not fresh and they never gave me the second nugget that I ordered Everytime I go to this Wendy’s they either mess up my order or something is missing from the order

This Wendy’s that’s quite possibly the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever went to. First off atmosphere? I didn’t know if I was in a restaurant or a gang meeting. Service I ordered a plain burger got one with everything on it didn’t get any of my fries I ordered got two large drinks that weren’t drinkable and a five piece chicken nugget with four nuggets in it. And the food was garbage. They should honestly shut this Wendy’s down and I will never go there and I’ve given this place three chances now
