Bullshit that they think because an order is for takeout they don’t have to make it just as good as the orders they make in front of customers. I ordered a burrito with steak/chicken, brown rice, etc. They gave me a tiny horribly wrapped burrito with white rice and barbacoa meat. They didn’t put the queso that they charged me an extra two bucks for and sent everything completely wrong. Horrible experience compared to other chipotles

Absolutely love this chipotle!!! And love that they’re open 1 hour later until midnight!! Definitely recommend.

I take it all back!! I pulled up at 11:48PM & the doors were already locked, nobody paid any attention to me outside the door trying to get in or get somebodies attention. Sure it’s only 12 minutes early right? And I totally understand the desire to close early and get home, but that should never compromise BUSINESS HOURS. Especially given the fact that they JUST started staying open later. They’ve got signs all around the building shouting “OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT”.
Not only that, almost every single time i’ve come here after 11pm they’re basically out of everything necessary. Rice, cheese, guac, any sauce, etc. etc. What’s the point of being open an hour later just to not be able to serve your customers the bare minimum? Ugh. Disappointed. I watched someone else try to go in after I left and they had no luck either obviously. A loss for the business, not abiding by business hours, and always running out of things. Unfortunate.

Usually don’t write reviews and I love chipotle, but damn this location missed. Came in excited to grab some grub and got out ready to head to bed hungry. Gave out the skimpiest portions and rice was also undercooked and very hard.

Went at 8:30pm on a Thursday night. When we walked in we were greeted with the list of food they were out of. Rice?? Yes rice. Hmmm ordered what we could as it looked like they were closing. Went to leave and they were out of napkins too. All the staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there. Really surprising. Won’t go back to that one.

Great tasting food, but beware if you have a sensitive stomach.
I am usually ok eating tex mex and other foods, but i often get digestive issues from the food here, especially if i order a large portion. Not sure if its the food, the way its prepared or just me.
Sometimes can be very crowded but usually not too bad during lunch / early dinner hour.
Usually a good amount of parking, but can be difficult to turn onto uni blvd during rush hour due to traffic backup.
In the same shopping center as el car wash, lineage, a yoga studio, zaxbys and an abandoned building; can access any of these without turning on the main road. Near ucf
Priced competitively, chicken / veggie entrees only around $8 for a nice big portion. They also sell individual tacos for about $3-5.
Other than some potential food issues, it’s a flavor fiesta!

What a bunch of rubbish. The food I received today was absolutely unacceptable. The burrito was so tiny that my son was still hungry afterward. How can you sell something so small for $12? It only had meat in it, and it was so small it fit in the palm of my hand—I’ve never seen a burrito this size before. As for the rice bowl, you really need to train your staff on how to prepare rice properly it was undercook, who eats undercook rice. I could have gone to Fresh Kitchen and gotten a much better meal without needing to buy more food afterward.
A refund is necessary because I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
To avoid back-and-forth emails, I’m attaching the receipts. Since this was done online, this is the only receipt you provided.
Perhaps a boycott of Chipotle is necessary; once they start losing money, they may take our concerns seriously. This situation is completely unacceptable.

I have come here multiple times and have never once had a good experience, this location in specific is never run properly with no authority overlooking the staff causing all the staff to be talking with one another and never properly working. Today specifically I came in and the man that served me, who’s name I did not catch, made sure we waited in the zero customer line for 10 minutes then proceeded to act mad while making my bowl, he made sure to make me repeat myself multiple times throughout within the, again, dead store acting oblivious, he was acting so mad he didn’t even once communicate with his coworker who ended up not even charging me properly for my order. Overall terrible customer service, never actually working and mad that they have to do their jobs. 0/5.

I have to give a shout out to Will who works at this location. I pre-ordered my meal at the wrong location when I showed up to pick up my food from Will. I was so frustrated with myself! Besides wasting my money at a location I didn’t have time to drive to, I was out on my dinner. Will, completely unexpectedly, paid for my new meal as I was waited through the line to re-order my meal! I almost cried! I have never witnessed or expected such incredible kindness! ordered 3 soft tacos. barely any rice, asked for beans well drained and they soaked the tortilla. Ordered Brisket and got four pieces on one taco and 5 on the other two. asked repeatedly why there was little to no meat and they said that’s standard. Service was poor and not polite. too loud inside and crowded. no not recommend this location.

The food was ok but the service and cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. They all seemed distracted by looking out for their next date. There were 5 guys behind the counter and no one in line but me and still had to wait. The counter tops were filthy and drink supplies were not filled. Not a good look for Chipotle.
