Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my 36 years of life. 25 minute wait for a simple, small order, “we don’t have any coffee”. Okay. McDonald’s. No coffee. Not at all. Ended up giving out food that had cooled down three times, and a bonus of 4 nuggets instead of 6. Disgusting service.

Was waiting at window for a good minute. Saw people leaving with their food who came after me. When food was ready lady was nice and apologized for the wait. She also noticed I didn’t get a straw for my drink so bonus points for that.

Too much trash greeted me. I did manage to move some and sat down. Before I order anything, then “No refill” sign posted above the counter hit me. I turn around and left. If that’s the attitude, thanks for the heads up.

Do NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! They spit mucus or some sort of body fluid in my food. . They took no accountability, I called them immediately after I ingested the food with the mucus and a guy named William answered the phone. William had me on hold then I can hear Walking back towards the Phone because he was talking in Spanish and the sound Of his voice got louder come near the phone. Next thing I heard was a phone pick up and hang up. William Hung up on me for asking to speak to a manager. I immediately called back and no answer. I called the sheriff.
I went back to the Location and the Sheriff met me there and we went inside. William still wouldn’t bring the manager for me to speak to and had us wait for “10” minutes or longer after the sheriff spoke to him and told him why we were there. I’m always polite and nice and I was just coming from work to grab my autistic son some food before his therapy session.
Laura, the manager finally came and went immediate defense for William stating “the phone hung up on its own”. I said “please don’t do this right now! You know good and well that didn’t happen “ “ She didn’t replied I just had to tell you because sometimes it does happen “ “ I told her in this case, it did not happen because I heard his voice get closer to the phone and it hung up “
She Never apologized only on defense mod.. She then claimed she has to check the cameras to see what happened.. Very rude and cold hearted she took no accountability. Laura then says with the food it could have been “bad sauce or bad cheese”. . The burger was fine until I was finishing and bit into the part where they spit in and mucus was all in my mouth and on my tongue stringy using a tissue to scrape it off then i vomited. Lady,, I had to wait like 10 min or longer to speak to you and this is what I get? No resolution, No accountability! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
I have photos of the body fluid/stringy Mucus no sauce. Do No Eat here!
Laura also tried to change my receipt after giving me my refund. It made it seem like I had sauce on my burger because the original receipt had no sauce and she failed to put the correct information on the second receipt to make it seem like that’s what I had.

This place stinks and they don’t clean the tables .I order a sausage biscuit and the biscuit was probably 2 or 3 days old. I also got a coke and it was flat and I told them and didn’t do anything about it… im surprise to see this mcdonald’s so unorganized…

This is the WORST McDonalds! Literally COLD FOOD every time, I ask for specifications on my food they print the ticket and it NEVER happens! They provide the wrong happy meal toy! I’m pissed enough to write a review on it! I’m disputing the charge on my card too, why pay for something I did even receive good service on!

Extremely slow employees to attend lobby customers.

I went to the restroom after paying and felt dirtier leaving it than when I walked into it. See attachment photos.

Also, when I returned to the cashiers counter, I noticed my food was put on the exterior counter with the bag open for anyone to take or snatch some fries.

I’d think twice about eating from here.

It took 20 minutes for a single McChicken with no sides, but only after asking them the status of the order. It was a pathetic sandwich and it’s exactly the reason I only eat at McDonald’s as a last resort. A worker apologized, but this is in a disaster area so it’s a terrible time to make others’ lives harder.

Dirty every time I go in. The website says they close at 11pm but 8:58pm the doors are already locked. It looks nice but they has been one of thr worse McDonald’s I have ever experienced. Never coming back.

If I could give this place zero star or negative I would this place is a joke they take forever for the food. The food is not right and when you go, tell him something they get really really defensive. The trash was up and falling off. It was disgusting and no refills at all. They really need to come down and see all this disgusting things on this and this location.
