Pulled up to the drive-through to get a little late night snack only to pull off and get home to eat my meal At first bite and first sight, you could tell that the product was not fresh although it was about five dollars for the two snacks that I bought. I was extremely disappointed because I didn’t get to eat the rest of my meal for the night. Not to mention, did I waste gas or probably most importantly, wasted my time on even stopping and giving this place a try
This is just so unacceptable there has to be a manager on duty that does something about this or a area consultant that makes their managers have expectations for crew members to have fresh product available

I just wanted some food after work, please update the hours that you’re able to order food through the app, I got there and they straight up lied to me saying my order was at another place and when I came back I found out they had actually canceled it right after I ordered even though I got a verification email and the app showed the order as ready. Ok fine, but I was there on time to get food before close, if they would have just been straight up with me I could have gotten my food by ordering it normally and we would’ve all been fine, but instead im out $20 and still hangry

A very disappointing experience. I normally don’t post negative reviews and I’m rather forgiving of a lot of things, but the number of mistakes in such a short amount of time really prompted me to review, if only so the GM of this location can see the feedback and perhaps find areas to improve.

Firstly, the young man operating the drive through had no sense of customer service or friendliness. His tone was disinterested, cold, dismissive and of flat affect. I’ve worked fast food many times so I know it can be soul sucking but you must do your best. Had I not reminded him of my drink, he wouldn’t have handed it to me.

Secondly, I ordered a gyro, with gyro meat, the receipt and drive thru screen confirmed this selection, but I received a gyro full of turkey instead. That said, I enjoyed it and it was well assembled and tasty, but distinctly not what I ordered.

Overall, I think this location could benefit from a focus on order accuracy and customer service. That kind of attention to detail is what attracts loyal return customers.

If this was my first time trying arbys I’d never come back. They didnt have order when we got there and looked confused, follow that by a manager that was mean to their employees and they all looked frazzled. I bring home my order once they made it and 2 sandwiches weren’t even wrapped. I mean the full sandwich sticking completely out the wrapper. Then the brisket sandwiches we so messy, oil everywhere like they didnt even attempt to drain the meat before throwing it on the sandwich and bbq sauce all over the boxe and bun. Then I go to open my gyro……. only it wasnt the gyro I ordered…. it was a French dip? I think? Idk what’s going on in there but less than pleased today.

Placed a mobile order. Upon pick up, checked order and items were missing. The man behind the counter had a terrible attitude! He had to go back twice to get the items then made a snarky remark about needing to walk back in forth after asking if there was anything else. Also, gave me attitude when I asked for Arby’s sauce. We came home and realized or order was still wrong and additional items were still missing. Get the order right the first time if you’re looking to save steps!

I ordered the burger because it’s national burger day and they had a great coupon on their app. Worst thing I’ve ever gotten from Arby’s!!!! It looked like it was cooked at 8:00 AM. It tasted like beef jerky. I can’t imagine why they would sell that to a customer!!!.
The app said our food would be on the shelf. When we got there, the food was bashed and behind the counter. Had to wait on 3 customers to get taken care of before we could get our food. Everything in the bag was cold! With the price of eating out in this economy, you expect quality… this had no quality. I will never use their app again… might not bother eating at Arby’s in the future …. these restaurants need to do better!!!!!!

Used to love going to this location. But the the food has gotten worse and worse in the past few months. Staff is usually friendly. Smaller portions, soggy or if i order a combo #2 it always ends up with onion bun and sauce. Yuck.

This Arby’s has been around for some time. I am actually glad it finally got a remodel some time ago. The place is very clean and organized, so it doesn’t guve off any filthy vibe at all.

The service is as you expect from a typical fast food joint. Only with a bit of waiting becUse that’s apparently an Arby’s thing.

The food, however, was not awesome. Semi-warm with a weird grainy texture to the meat. Like edible sand. Probably not the best place to hit up.

Food was decent but there were a lot of items missing from our order. We ordered one apple turnover and one cherry turnover, wasn’t in our bag. Ordered a roast beef brown sugar bacon sandwich and only got the bacon and lettuce with tomato but no roast beef. In the same order, my husband had asked for a sticky chicken sandwich but got the regular chicken sandwich. We tried calling the store several times but no one answered. We will be going in person tomorrow to get a refund or ask for free food because we were really disappointed with the results.

I went there after work today(9-30-25) and I placed a simple order in the drive thru. 3 sliders and a 4pc mozzarella sticks. Total came out to $9.77.
I get to the window and pay with a 20. The girl working the register tried to give me 23 cents back and i had to argue with her that I paid with a 20 and need 10.23 back in change. Finally i get my (correct) change and get my bag and leave. I get home and theres no mozzarella sticks in it. I had plenty of marinara sauce but they forgot the sticks! Like come on bro theres 4 things in the bag. What a crappy mistake bro. 1/10. I do not recommend going to this location. Theres always an issue every time I go.
