Ordered DoorDash march 2nd 2026 3:43 am was excited to try the groovy sauce but they just sent plain fries instead of what was advertised. not even a ketchup packet. I’ll get food in person from now on.

The staff at night are lazy, rude and ignorant. The morning staff are friendly and helpful!! The parking lot is absolutely atrocious! It would improve customer traffic flow if you would actually fix the parking lot. If you’re going to stop doing online orders at a certain time, maybe let us know in the app before we arrive?

⚠️ First off placed my order in app at 10:06a. Being that the app said the order would b ready at 1015a. Me waiting until 1015a to leave, the order should’ve been ready when I got there. We got there at 10:18a and the order was already marked as completed in my app. So therefore I couldn’t even check in. Which was my first sign of an issue. Then after asking for it through the box we waited an additional 15mins until the order was ready. Not only was it made poorly. But what’s the purpose of paying 1.10$ and u didn’t even add shredded cheese to the tots really. Disappointed. Will go to harbison instead. ⚠️

Stopped by this location for lunch. I had the SuperSONIC Double Cheeseburger combo with fries, and added some mozzarella sticks. The burger, and the mozzarella sticks were great! The fries were not to my liking at all. Wish I would’ve orderd tater tots instead.

We pulled into the Sonic to take a break from the road and wanted some burgers and fries. The manager actually came to my vehicle due to issues with the drive-in parked speaker system.
He was very helpful, took our order and helped us get it exactly correct.
He brought it out to us as well, and insured that we were happy.
I gave him a good tip as I didn’t have to hardly think or do a thing or move out of my car and within a few minutes we had a hot meal right in our laps in our vehicle.
It was perfect for our needs and above and beyond helpful service from the staff.
My double Sonic burger was excellent and tots were hot and crispy.
My wife shared her chicken bites with the dog and her fries were hot and crispy as well!

TJ’s a great employee, everytime i go here ,which is alot, between doordash and my own meals, he’s consitantly providing great customer service, and sonics’ should consider themselves lucky and cut this man a bonus based off the profits earn quarterly.

I love the food but I can’t get over the fact I got ripped off 4 dollars worth of cinamin bites I did not get my cinnamon bites and when I called corporate they said they can give me 1 order of cinnamon bites in a future vist so they try to make it right that they charge me for 2 cinnamon bite orders with a coupon for 1 free cinnamon bites I may find a new place to eat every week
