I’ve been eating Santiago’s for decades and all over Colorado. The food quality can change with which location you eat. I’ve been so happy with the Loveland restaurant! Clean location, friendly staff, and quality food! Breakfast burritos and carnitas deluxe burritos are my favorites. The green chili is true mild, NO SPICE for us sensitive folks. So is the chorizo, it’s not spicy so enjoy!
BEWARE of hot green chili. It makes my husband sweat. 1/2 & 1/2 is his favorite. ❤️
Breakfast burritos are a decent size. I can eat 1 & 1/2 to 2 of these for breakfast.

I will recommend urgency with staff, I saw my to go order on the counter and 3 separate times, someone made eye contact with me, then my order, then they went to do something else. Maybe they have a system where only 1 person is allowed to verify and hand to go orders out? But then the same person who looked at me 2 of 3 times finally grabbed my food and verified it with me. Not sure why they waited so long, but not a big deal.
Please try Santiago’s if you haven’t already! It’s a family favorite!

This place was is awesome in all the best ways. And shout out to the young lady who handled the drive- thru the times we rolled though. Great attitude and great service. I was ready to ask this girl out for dinner, she was sooo AMAZING!

Clean, relatively quiet for open floor plan and staff is very friendly. Santiagos is a front range favorite and the Loveland location does not disappoint. Only small recommendation would be to add a Carry Out or Pick Up sign above the right register. It’s a busy place due to quality and value but a small sign might help in minimizing impatient customers/speeding up line waits. Well done.

Went to pick up burritos today and was greeted with a new surcharge for use of credit cards. Passing costs back to the consumer that were once absorbed by the business seems to be very popular in post-covid America. Every business has a choice to pass costs to consumers or absorb the costs. Sorry Santiago’s but greed should not be normalized any longer in America. We are all consumers (even business owners) and wantonly charging consumers more so corporations can break profitably goals should not be of concern to consumers. We will (at some point) realize that if we no longer spend money on non-essentials (prepared food being in this category) either that company will drop prices or go out of business. The choice is yours.

Woah.. to whom it may concern i have eaten Santiagos for a long long time. Never been ripped like this. Saturday is bacon day right?

But I dont like potatoes in my eggs. They use it as filler to save cash and I get it, but the balance has shifted.. and now its all potatoe. So I ordered 4 just bacon egg cheese and chillie. I got there and they charged me an extra 16 dollars… for technically less food and now if I dont pay for it I am guilty of the wrong doing.

Shameful greed.. Shame on you.

Service agents: the word unfortunately, doesnt cover your wrong doing. If somethings wrong you should fix it. Not create excuses for why you wont. I buy burritos for my family, my guys, and my wife’s buisness people on the regular.

Well, Bad buisness = no buisness, so enjoy the 16 dollars. It will be the last 16 dollars you ever get out of me.

Ordered the taco salad w/ a side of beef. The side of beef had big chunks of meat that were pink. Alot of the side order beef was undercooked. The cashier said it happens all the time, the cashier tried to say they cook the meat and it’s good for 4 hours, and that it’s the tomato sauce/paste they use that makes it look pink. But if you undercook the meat then it just sits there for hours, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s cook thoroughly. I asked for the number for the store to call in case I don’t get a call, 3-4 of the employees shook their head no, and said they couldn’t give it out. Which says a lot if they have a lot of issues with there food quality, but I asked for the store number. You’re better off going to a real Mexican restaurant, it’s worth it. If it all possible go to the Johnstown Santiago’s.

if you don’t smother everything in green chile, you’re doing it wrong. Smother your burrito, smother your stuffed sopapilla, smother your girlfriend, I would even recommend smothering the red chile with green chile. Everything gets green chile.

This is my goto Mexican restaurant in northern Colorado.
Atmosphere could be better..maybe some background music or something..
Either way you’re going to get a quality, tasty meal for a wallet friendly cost.

Hands down, the best Santiagos in Colorado! I always order Enchilada dinner, ground beef, smothered hot, an it is always fresh and Delicious. Friendly service, fast, and clean. Keep up the good work to all the staff. Its worth my drive from Greeley all the time

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I went through the drive-through and tried to order a breakfast burrito, but the girl told me that because I was ordering a breakfast burrito, I needed to come inside to order it.

When I came inside like she asked, she then told me she wasn’t sure if I could even order the breakfast burrito — the same thing I had just been told to come inside for. On top of that, she said I’d be charged more for getting it without meat, which makes absolutely no sense since removing meat should cost less, not more. It’s just tortilla, potatoes, and eggs at that point.

The whole experience was confusing and frustrating. I’ve been to a lot of other Santiago’s locations and they’ve all been well-run, but this one was not. I won’t be coming back, and honestly, people should save their money and the drive.

Contrary to their slogan Santiago’s is not “authentic”
No where in Mexico do they serve ground beef burritos! Overrated and overpriced for being a 4 star version of Taco Bell! If you’re looking for real Mexican food, this is not the place.
