order food online last night and it was made all wrong and I did not notice this untill I got home. When I realized this I called the restaurant that was about to close and spoke to a young lady who I was told was the manager that night. She sincerely apologize and was super sweet. She told me to come back the next day and that I did not have to bring the food back since they were about to close. Fine. I call today just to see if they could make it ahead so I could just walk in and not have to wait and the young lady was not there a CARLOS answered and said he was the manager and told me no they would not remake my food as I ordered it unless I brought in the food back from 24 HOURS ago that the young lady told me I wouldn’t have to so I trashed it the day before. Very VERY unprofessional and not to mention this manager hung up in my face slamming the phone down.

My boil shrimp was over cooked. Mgr said it wasn’t by looking at it. He didn’t offer to recook it. I ordered catfish on the side I had to put it on a napkin because it wasn’t on a plate by it self. When she finally came over with a plate it was a to go box. Fish suppose to be catfish. I don’t know what kind of fish this is. Not coming back

I’ve NEVER experienced crawfish, the way that I did here. Please see the picture for reference. It was not cleaned correctly and i literally ate mud and crawfish shit until i noticed. the manager refused to give me my money back due to the meal being opened and it leaving the restaurant but offered something the same price via phone call. I explained to he worker that i was disgusted and didn’t want any other food from this location I then showed the picture to the worker and had her text it to her manager and let them know i will need my money back or i’ll have to report this location to the health department. they then agreed to process my refund but it will take 3 days. I will wait the three days for my money back. If i do not receive it i will be making a call to the health department. I have been sick to my stomach all night throwing up. If i end up in the hospital, they will have a bigger price to pay.
