My husband found plastic in his burrito bowl. On top of that we ordered a large bag of chips, they were smashed and the bag was pretty much empty. Also when you get the chips in store they are hit or miss on if they will be stale or not. I don’t recommend this location.

I ordered online and the worker gave TEN PIECES OF STEAK. This is unacceptable because I payed FOURTY DOLLARS for this food and once again got TEN PIECES OF STEAK. I feel utterly scammed and don’t even want to eat the food anymore. This has strengthened my trust in Qdoba. They give me good portions.

Ordered online here and their portion sizes were half of what you get if you go to a different location. Not to mentioned they got my order wrong. When I asked for Carnitas I got chicken and when I asked for black beans they gave me pinto beans. It took an hour for the driver to even pick up our food and it was cold when it arrived. A horrible experience especially when you’re trying to get food when you yourself are having a busy day at work. Definitely do not recommend this place. The one on promenade is leaps and bounds better than this one. Though it’s not hard to outdo this location since they only give you five ok-ish pieces of chicken when you order carnitas. Ridiculous amount of money spend for such poor quality.

The absolute worst chipotle. Terrible portion sizes- paid for double meat and got double the disappointment. Burnt chicken, wet and flavorless carnitas, pale, squishy and soft pico, soft rice. Awful service, rude snappy employees. It only takes a second to be nice. And if your staff isn’t great, can’t you make the food better? Will be taking the extra time to drive to any other chipotle outside of Castle Rock.

At this location the floor was dirty and the forks were in water soaking like they had just been taken out of the trash can and been reused. The tortilla machine was broken and you could not get a burrito so you had to get a hard taco. the staff were also rude and didn’t care. The food was average and pretty expensive for not great quality and tiny portions I received a miniature scoop of rice beans and protein. The whole area was incredibly dirty and there was tons of food all over the serving area. This was easily the WORST experience I have ever had at a fast food place. Believe the one star review and do not go here

Did a pick-up order, and the burritos were decent. I have been to this location before and had to wait 25 mins or longer for a pick-up order, that was months ago though, this last time, it was ready and in the pick-up area. I don’t eat here enough to be annoyed with the wait time, though.
