Authentic and delicious food. All the meats are so perfectly seasoned and juicy, there is so much flavor in every single item they have. Very grateful for the complimentary chips and salsa as well.

Okayyyy La Chiquita actually ateeee. we stopped by after work to pick up dinner because we were so tired and this was hands down the best meal we have had in a minute. It was so good I didn’t even get a pic… and that says EVERYTHING.
The Baja shrimp tacos?? Unreal. So fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the mango in the taco was INSANE — sweet, juicy, and literally made the whole thing pop. Like the flavor combo?? Elite.
And the Steven Special? Don’t even get me started. 10/10, no notes. Big portions, fast service, and everything tasted homemade.

Used to eat here all the time when I lived in Clarksville I moved off 6 years ago but today I had to come back to Clarksville for work and I don’t like eating out alone and I very seldom get to go orders but after a long day I stopped in there this evening to get it to go order to take home and eat and it was a horrible experience they were very rude and then the older man that runs the register at the bar was very rude and they were talking in Spanish when I was asking prices cuz I was going to change up my order from what the menu said I ordered a Steven special the meal that’s supposed to come with rice and beans I asked if I could get the breaded chicken in my Steven special instead of the grilled she said I could it would just be a little extra she asked if I wanted tortillas and I told her yes two packs and I ordered a small cheese dip she took my order to the kitchen to be made and I paid the older gentleman at the register he told me $29.14 I question him and I said for one Steven special and two packs of tortillas which contain three tortillas each and a small cheese dip he said because I changed the chicken it was more expensive he said the Steven special was $12 and the cheese dip was $4.99 so he was going to charge me an additional $12 for a breaded chicken instead of grilled I told him to go ahead and use grilled chicken I wasn’t going to pay that much money for that little amount of chicken it still came to $18.42 I paid cash he didn’t say thank you when he gave me my change he told me to go sit on the bench and they would bring me my food when it was done I waited 10-15 minutes for my food they were not busy at this time I was handing my food out the kitchen door I tried to tip the older lady that took my order and she wouldn’t even turn around she went right back in the kitchen didn’t take the tip so I gave it to the gentleman at the register I drive 30 minutes home to eat my food and it was a disaster the beans were missing the cheese dip was half full there was cheese dip all in the bag all over the silverware and the chicken and rice was Bland no season whatsoever it was just thrown in the to-go tray like slop I attempted to call three times to talk to a manager or owner about the food not one time was my call answered by anyone it just rang I will not be going back to this establishment in the future if they can’t even answer the phone and make it correct with a customer disappointed in lack of customer service and the rudeness there I have pictures of the disaster of a to-go order

Warning to all red blooded mexican Americans, this is the worst mexican food I have ever had. No flavor, very bland.. The taco shells were processed, the enchiladas were a rolled corn tortilla stuffed with meat and a sauce poured over it. The chile reano was made with a rubbery poblano chile. I should have known better, the only mexicans in the resturant were the staff, and me. Iv’e had mexican food in Mexico, California, Texas & New Mexico all different, all full of flavor, all with their own twist of spices. This was not any of that, so sad. The ambience was very nice and the service was great! Hopefully they will add some real herbs and spices to their food in the future.

Quesadilla Carnitas was served hot and presented well. The flavor and consistency of the pork was just as it should be. The meat was tender and fell apart easily, well marinated and full of flavor. The quesadilla was well put together, full of peppers and onions but not over done. The tortilla was just right not dry and not undercooked or pasty. It was the right amount of cooked and both soft and crispy, if you know you know. Ample chips and salsa were provided and servers moved quickly and were attentive at all times but not hovering. Overall the service 5 starts, the food 5 stars, the restaurant ambiance 5 stars.

The stars are for the quality of the food. The service there is bad. When we got to the restaurant, we waited for a while to be seated. Not because everyone was busy, it was not during a busy hour, but rather all the waiters decided to walk past us and ignore us. I ordered fish tacos, when they arrived, it seemed like they just threw the fish over the tortilla. Horrible presentation with bad service. Definitely not recommended, not worth it.

Ordered a dbl fajita. Got one plate of meat, toppings and one package of tortillas. That’s a dbl?! Needed seasoning on the meat.
There wasn’t any cheese on the quesadilla except for the cheese sauce poured on it at the table.
The to-go boxes were ripped when given to us. No replacement.

The food and the service was very good when we visited in Sept. ’21. I can highly recommend the seafood combo with shrimp and tilapia. It was cooked to perfection! Their salsa is mild and their chips are fresh.
