Service was fast. No wait to get a table. Food was good, with lots to choose from. Salad was very good. Place was a bit noisy.
A couple of days later we wanted the salad again so we tried take out. Disappointing, the portion size of the takeout was much smaller than the sit down meal. A shame!!

We have made this become a tradition for our cheer team to come here after our national competition competition each year. The service is perfection. The food is immaculate and the environment is out of this world. This is now a forever tradition for our team to come and celebrate after a long weekend of hard work what better place to come and have amazing comfort food and have service that is forever rememberable.

Dont use overwhelmingly convincing pictures of your food if your going to grossly underdeliver. I was offered bread over the phone but no bread in the bag. Where is the avocado in my steak salad, also the pieces of steak were laughable compared to the picture. Step it up CPK…big time!

Food is great. Lots of good originals plus solid ingredients on the standbys. I can get busy, but not too bad. Atmosphere is fine, but it can get noisy. Last trip down to Disney we decided to take it to go, which worked out great.
I don’t appreciate that they have Gluten-free options, my daughter has Celiac- so nice that they are careful.

My family and I came for dinner and there was a convention so the restaurant was extremely busy. We had Bianca who is the best waitress! She was super busy but she always had a smile on her face. Thank you for the great service tonight!!!

Had a great time here with our family! We were able to get something to please everyone. Our waitress was so fun. I was glad there were crayons and papers to keep my kids happy while we waited for food (which wasn’t very long). We liked the California Club pizza. My kids liked regular ol’ pepperoni and cheese and such. The chocolate milk was too chocolaty for my youngest. But I thought it sure looked good. Just a little too gourmet for the little one I guess. lol. We liked being in a booth. It was large enough for all 5 of us. It was definitely pricey but we expected that, being so close to Disneyland.

Everyone at this location deserves a raise. Went in today with a friend to enjoy some lunch. I was made aware the server was the only one working and couldn’t take on to much. He advised a wait will happen of 20-30 minutes. We weren’t in any rush so that was okay. 2 more employees came on the clock and saved the day and started knocking out orders and getting people seated. 5 stars to the man who was our server, bartender and cook. Thank you for positive outstanding guest service.

We placed a delivery order, and when we received the order our kids grilled chicken was missing the side of broccoli we ordered. The chicken was also burnt and smelled like an ashtray. When we called to ask (very politely) if we could get even a partial refund, the manager “went to go check the systems in the back” and left us on hold for 15 minutes. I called back, since I understand that sometimes restaurants get busy, and the phone was ringing for another 5 minutes before we lost hope and gave up. We were very disappointed with the customer service we received, specifically from the manager on duty (the girl who picked up the phone initially was kind and prompt). Please improve this service for future customers.

Craving pizza so we decided to try this place and ordered a Hawaiian style pizza with a wedge salad. Though the delivery service was on time, the pizza arrived cold and did not look appetizing. The wedge salad was okay but had egg instead of the blue cheese chucks. We were ready to eat when the pizza arrived but had to wait until we warmed it and then it was okay. The crust is thin with some green strands that reminded me of grass and the pizza is like a small size but about $24 bucks. Unfortunately we will not be ordering from this place again.

We stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. Made a reservation on our way here. Front desk girl (Louren) greeted us very kindly and got us right in. Felix our waiter was very kind, humble and very smooth on the service. We even tested him to see which coloring he liked best from the kids menu drawing my daughter and I did. He said we both did really good. The manager (Eric) came by right after we got our food to make sure everything was good. I have to say this is the best SERVICE we’ve ever ever experience at CPK. This location is a great model for amazing service! Keep up the great work guys!
