We came here for lunch after spending some time in the mall, and the food court looked a little lackluster. We got the 2 for $26, which is still a pretty decent deal despite the cost going up in the past couple years. We did the mozzarella sticks for our appetizer, and I got a classic burger as my meal. Our server, whose name I forget, was super nice. The mozzarella sticks were good, and I expected them to be decent since they were likely frozen. The burger was also good, but when it was brought out to me, it did not have cheese on it despite it having it in the picture. I sliced my burger in half to get a picture of the middle of the patty, I asked for medium. When I told my server that I thought that the burger came with cheese, he responded “It does.” And I showed him it didn’t have cheese, and he said he’d take it back to put cheese on top. It came back with some cheese on top, which I was a little surprised about. It wasn’t melted like I’d hoped for. Still, the flavor was fine. The fries were nice and crispy. I definitely recommend this location, it’s nice to sit down after walking around the mall for half of a day.

The person came over to sit us down, said we had wait. But we looked around the whole restaurant. The tables were empty, yet she walked away. And another gentleman came over and more people came in the door and he was going to sit them down. First, which he said, we weren’t on a waiting list. Afterwards we sat down after my wife complained. The server was very nice. Food was very lousy. It was oversaulted. I ate in plenty of Applebee’s before. But for some reason, it felt like someone took the bottle of salt and just dumped it. I wanted to get out of there as quick as possible, the server was nice we left a nice tip

Host was great even under a busy situation. Our server lacked knowledge of what they had available but we’ve had worse. Under staffed definitely. Food was great and seasoned. I ordered a whiskey sour and it definitely needed more whiskey, and no ice. They fill the glass up with ice to fill it and cut down how much they give, not my favorite at all.

OK, I ordered the two for 25. You picked two entrées and you pick one appetizer. We decide to order onion rings instead of the french fries but we weren’t told the onion rings would be an extra five dollars on the 25 which made it $30 we ordered the cheeseburger that was split in half an up ended OK never never ever again that hamburger was stuck to the iron skillet. I had to pry it off with a knife and a fork. The onion rings were so heavy and greasy horrible. We had a waitress named Raven and she was very very good service she was excellent food sucked !!!!!

Once again, Feb 28 2026 Visit.. Chicken Fettuccine dinner had partly ” raw” mushy grilled chicken in it! We ate Fettuccine and Broccoli in it ..left two entire portions of chicken in plate when leaving…Paid bill because of wonderful Server….did not send meals back…….and will continue these numerous reviews until can discuss with Management only because there IS good and bad with visits. . .. . .. Jan 2026..Update! VERY unacceptable that once again, ZERO response! They should realize ” new Tommys Restaurant” opening and definitely competition! .. …….previous 2025 .. Contacting Alicia Silverman, District Manager ( met some years ago) Very unacceptable dinner last night. Steak dinners (2) came out with zero garlic butter. No broccoli. .. cold mashed potatoes. SECOND steaks came out raw! After one hour of back n forth..Manager offered no apology…” what do you want” response! Only outcome was meeting another Manager who did offer apologies. Two hours of unacceptable cooking ….kitchen problem should be addressed.

It can be a Great Experience depending on which Server you get. If you get the Rude one that treats you as if you are bothering them then you’re Experience will Be Horrible! Be Careful the Rude Server will not even ask you if you need anything. No Refills! No Desserts! No Extra Tip

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Steven. He’s amazing behind the bar super friendly, quick, and makes you feel welcome right away. Honestly, I’m shocked he doesn’t have more regulars because he’s the kind of bartender people come back for. Not only is he great at mixing drinks, but he’s also an excellent server attentive without being overbearing, and he really makes sure you’re taken care of. If you’re looking for a spot with both good vibes and great service, definitely come see Steven. best worker there by far ! ❤️ super proud of you

Horrible experience. We waited 20 min to get our drinks and got 2 plates for 4 people. And only 2 knives for 4 people. We were patient and understanding the entire time. I forewarned the server that I had a $10 off of $40 promo code for doing a survey and I also had a $10 bonus gift card for buying a $50 gift card that I also was gonna use. I had to explain the $10 off of 40 coupon,like three times, to the server who’s telling me she wasn’t sure if I could use it. And as far as I’m concerned the $10 bonus gift card should be considered a gift card for payment, period. Weeks before I used both the promo code $10 off of $40 another $10 bonus card without any problem. Today not only was the service horrible but now I couldn’t even use the bonus card that expires in a few days because I was told that I was stacking coupons. Then when I said fine you’re not going to accommodate me even though the four of us sitting at this table could have easily had split the check into 2 separate checks…but I said we will play this game and I said that I will just then leave all my comments in the new survey I was going to do. Low and behold, the survey code doesn’t work and says invalid. Isn’t that convenient. So it seems that one of the staff members heard I was going to do the server and actually did the survey before me so that I could no longer get in the survey to share my opinion with the franchise owners and the company. I will never come back to eat here ever again …even though I have spent over $500 on gift cards this year, and have been in here at least once or twice a week for the past year. Not to mention every Friday we try to come here and there is over 10 to 15 tables empty, no one’s sitting at them, but there is a hoard of people outside the restaurant and in the foyer being told there is over an hour wait!!!?? I can understand this happening maybe once or twice on a Friday but to happen every single Friday? You would think management would staff properly so that no table goes unsat, and no one has to wait to be sat when there’s empty tables. Does the franchise owners know that you are walking customers because tables are being left empty and customers are being made to wait over an hour to be sat on Friday nights??? We went and ate at Olive garden yesterday and gave our $150 to them instead. Again, is the franchise owners aware of all the money they lose every Friday by forcing people to look at empty tables ,that are not being sat, because you’re understaffed and customers being told to wait an hour to wait for a table??? Horrible horrible service and a horrible way to run a business.

I like Applebee’s half priced apps. Can’t even lie… if you’re a “smoker” and just on some late night bs, it’s great. Chicken wonton tacos are my favorite, and the spinach dip is good. The boneless wings are not my favorite, ask for extra sauce. I mean, what’s a boneless wing anyways??
