I will NEVER EVER intentionally go to this restaurant again. I went to the drive through. The cashier was not pleasant. There was a car in front of me waiting for her food. But she was partially blocking the lane so I waited a good 5 minutes before I tooted my horn. When I tooted my horn the server started yelling at her to pull up her car (yes, I mean yelling). When I got to the window my simple order was ready. So I asked the cashier how has she and I been waiting here so long and my food is ready but hers is not. The cashier gave me an incredulous look and told me to have a good day. I pulled up to the car and told the young lady that perhaps she should go in and get her money back. She noticeably frustrated told me that her lunch break was almost over and that she didn’t have time to go through all of that.
So that’s that part. The other part is that a friend went with me and needed to relieve themselves and told me they would order while they were inside. When they came out without any food I asked why they didn’t order. They said that the inside was filthy and that the servers were very rude to everyone.
Worst of it all. My food looked good but was not good. And, was still red by the bone of the thigh and still pink by the bone of the leg – so it wasn’t fully cooked.
If I could give this place a lower rating – I would.

I ordered and had delivered, I do not recommend eating here at all. The chicken was not cooked, it’s like they put it in the microwave. I ordered mac n cheese did not receive it. Tried to blame the door dash but this was on them. Clearly the food was not cooked and the mac and cheese they didn’t not have asked me to come in tomorrow and get it this place is a joke do not eat here! And yes that’s a fly in my mash potatoes.

Im so disappointed. Usually they’re on point. This last time though! Horrible. I ordered the 15 piece tender. Usually I say fresh please but this time I forgot. They gave me the oldest toughest tenders imaginable, then when I pulled back in to return them the young lady there told ME that they weren’t old. The nerve. However, they cooked me a fresh batch but this time they cooked them with flour only, not a lick of seasoning! Horrible cook! This immigration movement isn’t helping. Sorry not sorry.

I waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes only to receive very old chicken. The coleslaw was very dry and flavorless as well. The chicken was dry and barely warm. Everyone there needs proper training on hold times, rotation and how to move customers along in a timely manner. Big time fail tonight!!

For many years, there used to be a Church’s restaurant on 16 Mile & John R (I live in Troy) which operated in the same space as a local White Castle, but for whatever reason it went out of business. Because of that, I decided to come to this location for my online order, being that it is now the one in closest proximity to where I live and I hadn’t been to a Church’s in years. I came here once a few years ago. I was very disappointed. I ordered the four piece meal (two breasts, two thighs, and the complimentary side dish and beverage). The French fries were excessively greasy, and the chicken was mediocre at best. I threw it out. Not only that, but the atmosphere was dreary and depressing. On a side note, why would anyone want to open a restaurant franchise next to a U-Haul plant?
This used to be one of my favorite fried chicken places. Not anymore. I highly recommend BBQ Chicken (it’s a Korean joint). KFC, Chicken Shack, and even Popeye’s (which admittedly, I am not a big fan of) are all better than this third-rate greasy spoon. Never again will I give you my money. Goodbye and good riddance forever!

The food (2 pieces – thighs, biscuits, and corn on cob) was hot. You can’t go wrong with jalapeños peppers. Service was just ok. The cashier didn’t recommend any options. There are notable customer service skill gaps.

Y’all these one stars were trippin this food is so banger staff was friendly as heck got everything I wanted wait was a little long but they were busy busy. Chicken was so juicy it squirted in my mouth with so much flavour. 10/10 worth the wait.
