I am very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a 20-piece “all flats” online and even called the restaurant ahead of time to specifically request that they be extra crispy with moderate sauce. Unfortunately, the wings arrived completely soggy and drenched in sauce.
More concerning, however, was what I saw while waiting. The server trays were being stored right next to a filthy, overflowing trash can. I watched as staff placed fresh food orders onto these same trays to serve customers. This is a major hygiene red flag. I can overlook a wrong order, but I can’t overlook poor sanitary conditions.

22.99 for 15 wings no sides included! So make sure you bring either your own sides or a whole lotta dough. Can you say overpriced. Here’s the kicker if I would’ve taken it to go I would’ve gotten the side including. How does that make sense?

Decent food and decent drinks though you will pay top shelf price for their tiny drinks. Wings are decent. Their sandwiches are good. Lots of TVs so good for game night if you don’t mind spending a small fortune on small drinks. Probably better than Hooters food but lacking the scenary.

Ordered a 20 pc and two of the flavors were incorrect this place has issues most of the employees are amazing Jax is always helpful but the frowned up girl who never smiles, the pick up orders taking 30+ mins past pick up time and now can’t even correctly make the order reminds me why I quit going to wingstop.
I was in there one night and I’m assuming a curly headed female manager ran out with a order hollering at Jax saying “where is she where is she” I guess she left some wings out of a customers meal and it was so busy of course he didn’t follow the lady out but this manager yelled and talked down to him like he was stupid for not following her out the door and pin pointing her location “well did she get into her car? did she drive off??” Jax handled that better than I would have it’s 2026 you don’t talk to someone like just out of decency or the fact that he could physically body you but he just kept composure unlike this manager lady. Then she goes to the back and you could hear her yelling “order” in the most hateful way every time an order was up. Like oh how fun to work with, like people don’t have enough problems.
What a circus but there are some serious awesome staff outside of these examples of bad I wish I could remember all their names . I’ve encountered the guy who’s also a manager and he was very professional and customer oriented!

I went to have dinner here the last night and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant in my entire life. We were sat for 15 minutes without anyone even coming up to us. I would understand if the restaurant was packed, but it pretty empty for a Sunday night. The waitress that was supposed to be serving us served the 2 booths right next to us looked right at us and ignored us. A young lady named Ali came and helped us even though she was serving in the bar and not the main dinning area. We did not get any refills on our water until we flagged down another waitress for our refills. No one came up to check on us a single time. Ali did her best to check on us though. After our meal was finished we sat for 30 minutes waiting for our check. I had to flag down Ali to ask if she could help us check out. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant in my entire life. I will never be back to eat at this establishment because they obviously do not appreciate their customers.

Went this past weekend and our server was great! We had a big crowd and she handled it perfectly. I’m giving this restaurant 1 Star because I witnessed a Buffalo Wild Wings employee come out of the restroom without washing his hands. Ruined the whole experience!

So its rare that we go somewhere and sit down for dinner but we decided to do it this time and was it worth it?? YES!! The waitress was absolutely a doll. She was absolutely amazing and just the sweetest little lady. I forgot her name but I know she was a mom to be and she was having a little boy.. she was just a gem to talk to, and made the whole experience wonderful. We didnt get to stay very long cause I started not feeling good due to my own health issues but the food was absolutely amazing and we will surely be back and hopefully she is working cause she is definitely a waitress that deserves to be requested each time.
2nd time and it was not the best this go around.. ordered the 20/20 and all the extras and well it wasnt worth the money this go around.. but lets just hope it was a off night..

Service was less than average. Attentiveness to our table was lacking, drink orders and items on each check were mixed. Ordered a sampler that had 4 food items with 2 being cold upon receiving said food. Wish Hooters never would’ve closed their doors.

This whole town is basically shutdown due to a heavy snow storm. B-Dubbs is in full swing. Lots of people here. Maps shows it as ” Busy As It Gets” My order was perfect, and the service was excellent.
